We initially hired LAT Multilingual to help translate our new bilingual packaging for Canada. We started with one product and were so pleased and impressed we sent them the rest of our products to translate. We needed these to be perfect as we introduced an industry-first recycle-ready packaging to the market.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose LAT Multilingual because of their quick response time upon our first communication. They are always quick to respond in all communication, and their attention to detail is second to none.

Getting them the information they need is relatively easy, and their file sharing is easy to preview. If modifications were needed, they were swift to respond with the necessary changes.

What was their cost structure like?

LAT Multilingual was so responsive and helpful that pricing wasn't my primary concern. Instead, I was most impressed knowing they are diligent in the details and communication.

We are still in the final stages of our bilingual packaging. Still, the work LAT Multilingual has helped with will contribute to a beautiful industry-first recycle-ready packaging within the RV/Marine industries.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication, attention to detail, and customer service. Customer service is a lost art these days. So, when a company goes above and beyond, much like we treat our customers, we take notice and support those companies.

None that I can think of.

I’m the president of a communications consulting firm based in Toronto, Canada. We specialize in reputation management and crisis leadership.

What challenge were you trying to address with LAT Multilingual Translation & Marketing?

We’re a fairly small consulting firm, but we deal with big companies, and some of our engagements require translation services. However, we deal with crises and strictly confidential news releases, so I can’t send that information to any translation company, even under nondisclosure terms.

For a particular project, a global company based in Germany issued a news release related to a significant issue concerning 29 different countries. We needed to communicate that news in a culturally sensitive way for Quebec, Canada. Therefore, we decided to partner with a reliable translation company to help us with that project.

What was the scope of their involvement?

LAT Multilingual provided me with translation services for our project. They helped me translate and adapt press materials for the Quebecquian market using the local French language.

My main point of contact was Joëlle (Operations & Business Development Manager).

I met them at a networking event organized by a certification program in Canada directed to female business owners. LAT Multilingual’s owner happened to be participating in the event as well. After we met, she reached out to me and told me that she could help me with my translation needs. I thought she was very responsive, so I decided to partner with her.

We worked with them in August 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

LAT Multilingual integrated their services into the project effortlessly, offering quick turnaround times. Originally, we had someone else on behalf of the client providing us with the news release document adapted for Quebec. However, LAT Multilingual quickly pointed out the nuances that didn’t work out for the Quebecquian market. Ultimately, their version of the news release was of much higher quality.

LAT Multilingual was extremely helpful, understanding, and responsive. From the start, they completely understood our challenges, timelines, and NDA requirements, and we always felt like they had our back. Overall, the project was handled perfectly.

LAT Multilingual’s responsiveness was impressive, and they were a very good partner overall. I’m very grateful for their involvement in my project.

This company has been a joy to work with. We have worked with multiple representatives multiple times and each project has come back quicker than anticipated and accurate. They've completed multiple translation projects for my department and do a great job of prioritizing assignments. This is not a company we have to "keep after" or worry something is not going to be returned by deadline. Which we greatly appreciate.
