Kwanso worked on an custom application to manage the back office operations and helped design the brand for social platforms & online presence. The application helped us streamline the payments, online orders and helped develop record and develop our customer data.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We got greater visibility of of our online orders and customer data. We were able to increase our recurring sales by around 10% over a few months. Through running campaigns on the customer data we were able to gather. Our back office operations have improved in form of productivity of our employees.

Kwanso was able to deliver on time and was very transparent on the progress. They raised flags if there were any delays projected and helped overcome those. They game me access to the internal project management tools they were using. They held meetings every week to demonstrate the progress and get early feedbacks.
