Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the marketing manager for a company that specializes in the sale of custom trucks.

For what projects/services did your company hire KWALL?

We hired them for web design, SEO, and IT consulting.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase traffic and sales.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They did a complete redesign of the website on Drupal. I went down to their office, and after we talked for about an hour, we had a pretty good idea of what we were going to do. Based on a template from a truck dealer they were working with, we came up with a design concept and layout, including graphics and colors.

Since our main focus was to get more traffic to the site, they did organic SEO. At the same time, they set up our email system, which was helpful. We’re still currently using that same platform.

What is the team composition?

I worked mainly with the project manager. I was also in contact with one of the programmers and the owner.

How did you come to work with KWALL?

I met the owner through a friend. He came in, gave me a card, and described their web design services. I thought our budget was going to be too low for them, but they were able to work with it.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It turned out really well. Our traffic tripled after they redesigned the website, with numbers starting to climb within a week. During our engagement, KWALL worked on some of the vehicles details pages, changing the design so that each vehicle had its own unique URL. It’s as if each vehicle had its own webpage, and that change had the biggest impact.

How did KWALL perform from a project management standpoint?

The project management went smoothly, and everything was pretty simple. We communicated mostly through email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their owner had a truck, so he had a pretty good idea of what would work best. They were friendly, and it was nice to be able to meet the owner as well.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They were easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.
