What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Weekly meetings with target completion criteria. I was highly impressed by the team's patience a ability to pivot and change course when I requested.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and quality of work. They delivered everything on a timely basis. Our timeline extended a month or so beyond our initial intentions, but that was due to my  (Founders) requests for changes along the way. A very professional and interactive communication process that is extremely important in projects like this. Overall, I was highly impressed, and that is sometimes difficult for me, so that says a lot :). I would highly recommend Kumo.

Extreme professionalism. Attention to detail and craftmanship. Ability to navigate challenges and overcome areas that required further research. Communication channels and ability to navigate language differences. What most impressed me was the willingness to go above and beyond along the entire journey.

I really can't think of anything that could have been done differently. I am not sure how you anticipate and plan for founder modifications along the way, but if there is a way to do that earlier in the process, that would be beneficial. But that is hard to do. Happy customer.

Equipp was a website that was already live. However, we had a lot of issues at a core level with our billing system, hence got KumoHQ involved to solve them. 

1. Our billing system was on a pro-rata basis, which had to be changed to a monthly billing system - this affected our order management module, tenure management module, and invoice management module.
2. Technical SEO activities were conducted, like adding alt text, improving page speed, headings, etc. 
3. Billdesk payment gateway issues - we faced a lot of issues with our payment gateway not working for subscription payments. Hence, the subscription payment module had to be cleaned up and fixed. 
4. We had a delivery module. However, all our deliveries were free of charge. We needed to add an additional charge to deliveries based on pin codes.

1. Pro-rata had been changed to monthly billing within 2 weeks - as mentioned by the team

Yes, deliverables were made on time, and they did respond to my needs very well. However, a clear direction needs to be provided to the team by a product manager for them to fulfill the tasks to the expected standards. Additionally, we were charged on an hourly basis. However, the hours put into certain tasks were not very clear. It is important that you create a tracking mechanism with the team.

Developed a mobile app used by retail businesses. The app had around 25 screens and 50 different apis with multiple vendor integrations. The key deliverables were api development, user interface wiring, playstore listing & vendor integrations.

The project scope was discussed upfront and the KumoHQ team had given an estimate. Once the project started they provided daily updates on the progress and weekly demos. In places where they were blocked due to deliverables from the founders, they were quick to adjust and share the additional workload. 
They were accommodating of some design changes that came in during the delivery and still stuck to the original timeline. They provided key solutions in critical areas which helped deliver the overall project within the estimated timeline.

Each section was completed and tested, then presented to me for feedback. None of the sections were signed off until I was happy and was allowed to test the functionality myself.

Virtual calls and slack were used to track progress weekly and fix any issues that arose.

KumoHQ build a prototype of an initial product thgat we were testing with customers.  The product would accept natural language instructions and execute web-based tasks and navigations based on the instructions, essentially automating web navigations and task execution.

The prototype included a UI for building the multi-task workflow and configuring the instructions.  It also included configuration for different models for testing and audit reporting.
