Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a bespoke Quality Assurance Consultancy in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors and within the company I look after the back office.

For what projects/services did your company hire Kukoo Creative?

A couple of years ago, we decided that the company needed a complete rebrand. Something that stood out and looked professional.

How did you select this vendor?

We shortlisted 3 companies that we felt from initial conversations and seeing their other work, could deliver the step change that we were looking for. That said, very quickly, it became apparent that KuKoo would be very easy to work with and completely understood what we were trying to achieve. Their proposal was in the same price ball park but we felt what they delivered was excellent value

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

This initially included logo and new website, then creating a stand for a virtual conference and most recently and in person conference stand and all the additional paraphernalia required at such events.

What was the team composition?

Initially we worked with the Director but more recently directly with one of the designers. Quality and timeliness of work has been excellent throughout

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our business has grown 40% in the last two years and strong branding has without doubt helped. Our first in person conference takes place in November and we have a stand that will set us apart

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I cannot stress enough what a pleasure it has been to work with Bo and Chloe. I trust them totally and give them free rein to do what they do best. Every time they have got it right, pretty much first time and any tweaks is normally down to something I didn't do or think of. The process is so efficient and incredibly effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

From the very first bit of work, I felt that they really understood who we were and what we were trying to achieve. Their creativity is incredible, and none of this has felt like hard work.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

No, we are delighted with Kukoo and they are our go to for all our design needs
