What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Functional App in both Android and IOS along with LMS with appealing user interfaces which are easy to use and maintain 
• No cost over-runs 
• Within agreed time-frame (these were not adhered to as planned, but delays were unavoidable due to work-arounds that had to be implemented.) 
• Responsiveness and flexibility - the team was responsive to queries with very little wait time for answers despite time differences between India and Jamaica. The KW team also demonstrated flexibility in adjusting to minor changes in design features/functionalities as these arose.

As mentioned earlier, the project did experience some delays but these were able to be managed within the overall project timelines. The team were response to required changes and work with us to ensure satisfaction with the final outcome.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For me, apart from their IT competence, they brought expertise in business management for ed-tech projects and were able to provide advice on matters such as choice of cloud servers, managing IT operating capacity and costs, as well as leading and sorting out app store requirements. They took an active interest in the overall success of the project and were always available to provide support and guidance beyond their specific scope of work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Krishworks Technology And Research Labs Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

The only ones I can suggest are schedule management and keeping a close eye on scope creep.

Krishworks built a Learning Management system for us using Learn Dash where we hosted e-learning course in multiple languages for our corporate clients. Capabilities included being able to effectively handle simultaneous login of upto 100,000 people. Krishworks also built us a SaaS tool which measures and monitors diversity and inclusion in a organisation. 

This included input of data, effective integration of statistical models designed by us to analyse the data and effective representation through graphs.

The scope of the work was to provide a Learning Management System where learners can attend courses and earn certificates. Courses can be further divided into Lessons and Topics, learning items are Videos, PDFS and SCORM Based courses. The admin should be able to upload courses, add new learners, onboard new organizations, create groups, enroll learners, export learners' progress and also allow Organization HRs to view progress of learners belonging to the same organization. 

Additional Development Involvement involved : 

1. Redesign new UI/UX for the LMS and also implement them. 
2. Develop Micro-Learning Features 
3. Develop Game Playing Features 
4. Develop DEI modules and represent them via graphs. 
5. Develop Anonymous Survey Features. 
6. Develop Calendar and Events Module. 

Summary of Key Deliverables : 

• LMS should be able to play Video, PDF and SCORM Courses.
• LMS should be able to track learner progress. 
• LMS Should be able to generate certificate
• The web portal should be able to take DEI related inputs from organizations, generate graphs and output the same in pdf. 
• Play games and micro learning modules 
• Display Calendar and events.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Measurable outcomes are categorised between building different strengths of the Seas tool from ability to process data, allays data through statistical tools and representation of data. Testing and effective implementation of dummy data etc.

They always deliver on time and timelines are extremely easy to work with them. If there is any delay they keep us posted ahead of time and stick to mutually agreed extension by putting resources effectively to handle last minute issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Krishworks has one of the best works cultures, even though they are experts their humility and simplicity make them very easy to work with. They do not let us down with any of our special requests and always find a solution.

As they scale Krishworks will have to have dedicated teams for each of their high visibility projects as they are growing very fast. We wish to continue with them and cannot think of any other trusted partner other than KW.

Our product is a digital menu for restaurants. The main goal was to elevate and improve the interface and the entire experience of our clients and customers. The work included rebuilding our database and migrating all existing data, introducing new aspects to our product and elevating the UX/UI. Our product is now at its 2.0 version.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have worked with Krishwork on a rebuilding and restructuring a webapp, which is our main product. Krishwork has significantly improved our operations and product offerings. Their strong skills in React, NodeJs, NextJs, and Firebase were crucial in the overhaul of our web application. 
They expertly transformed our old full-stack app into a more advanced 3-tier system. Their work in developing a comprehensive API and efficiently restructuring and migrating our database was impressive. Krishwork's team is always upbeat and ready to take on new challenges. We really value their hard work and commitment to delivering quality results.
