Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO and president of Dyzell Entertainment Consultants. We provide the music entertainment industry with any kind of services in media, such as videos and concerts.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kri8ed Media Group?

We were looking for a videographer.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve done many projects with Kri8ed Media Group. With some music videos, we can finish shooting in one day. For others, it takes a couple of weeks, depending on the location and other things. The average is between a day and three weeks, although sometimes it takes longer.

For this project, one of our artists wanted to capture an island paradise type of music video. We started by scouting a place called Secret Gardens Miami in Homestead. We got everybody in the cast ready and went there to shoot from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. We shot inside different lagoons with different settings. The artist, three other artists, and 5–7 models were there. They provided everything we needed and handled the post-production work.

What is the team composition?

For the video, we had an entire crew of about seven people, including a director of photography, first assistant director (AD), second AD, and three gaffers. Additionally, Jean (Owner & Videographer) is our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Kri8ed Media Group?

We found them through word of mouth; my business partner suggested them. I trusted their opinion highly, so we went with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our first project together was in March 2020. We collaborate all the time.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We measure success through the client's response to the finished product. If our client is happy, we’ve done what we’re supposed to do. We’ve been successful in every project we’ve worked with Kri8ed Media Group. We’ve never fallen short or gotten negative feedback from a client. We work perfectly in sync with Kri8ed Media Group; they always communicate and ensure everything is on point.

How did Kri8ed Media Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication is fantastic, and the deadlines are on point. We’ve done many projects together because everything is always organized. We start on time and get things done promptly. One time, we did three music videos in one day. It’s been one of the top experiences we’ve had. We came in, and everybody was ready. They moved like a unit, and we finished everything in one day. In general, their communication and how they fit their roles are exceptional.

For communication, we use pretty much every tool we can think of. We’ve used emails, text messages, phone calls, in-person conversations, and more.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their attention to detail is outstanding. Moreover, what’s most impressive about Kri8ed Media Group is their ability to bring others’ visions to life through their skillsets. We always ask our clients how successful we were at creating their vision, and we succeed every time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Although everybody can improve, I don’t think there’s anything I can point out. Maybe they could upgrade the equipment when something new comes up, but their work is flawless. Even if something happens, they always come through.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Hurry up and book them before somebody else does.

I am a freelance creative director and producer and event planner based out of Miami Florida.

For what projects/services did your company hire Kri8ed Media Group, and what were your goals?

I Hired Kri8ed Media to film for this particular client because he has the equipment and knowledge needed to produce the quality that myself and the client required.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

we met via social media through an app called clubhouse and after seeing his personal portfolio and how much he invests in having the best equipment there was no question. he has a good eye for process and takes direction very well.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

we started with creating a treatment for client that really brought their vision to life. we had client record voice over for a more personal feel to their audience. location and other logistics were completed by myself. Jean also jumped in and Co-Directed fo me when needed to attend other duties.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

we did this work for a client that owns a real estate company interested in creating some lifestyle content for Instagram. The feedback was really excellent and a joy to work with because client got precisely what they envisioned.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The client received %110 engagement increase from the content shoot.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Communication was very easy over the phone and in person all crew was given a detailed treament with times and expectations the completed project with editing was done on time as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really understood the vision from the very beginning even without seeing the location. They also allowed me to work very closely with them on editing and directing it was really a pleasure

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

the things that I would change about this project has nothing to do with KMG they were super professional and over prepared which was excellent.
