I am the owner and a consultant at a coaching and consulting company. We specialize in life transitions, organizational change management, and leadership development for startups and small businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kreative House Consulting?

I started my company with a fundamental website, but once I added different service offerings and more clients, it caught up to me that I couldn’t maintain the website myself. I engaged Kreative House Consulting to improve my site’s functionality and increase my online visibility.

What was the scope of their involvement?

My site included technical coaching terms and separate corporate information. I was trying to achieve a flow between the two services and reach the right target audience. Kreative House Consulting helped me identify the best ways to position myself.

I initially had a one-page website with all of my information, which was suitable for merely having a web presence. However, in the age of SEO, I was in a challenging spot when it came to having credibility and being found through searches.

Most of Kreative House Consulting’s work centered on the backend of my website—making sure the site contained the right keywords to be picked up by searches. We decided on more relevant content and created a new logo and color scheme. And they managed my social media accounts for a short time. The website and the brand are now more aligned with the professionalism I’m trying to convey.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I now have more of an organic following on my social media platforms. I’m able to review analytics for my site, and I can see that I am now getting a lot more hits to my website stemming from social media. Customers are now booking more appointments through the site. Kreative House Consulting was pretty knowledgeable about what methods would drive leads.

How did Kreative House Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

Rochelle was very accessible, and she put together a thorough plan for the work. I knew what to expect at each step. We communicated easily through emails and texts.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It was apparent that Rochelle enjoyed what she was doing. We had very productive dialogues about the creative aspects of the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The beginning stages of the engagement were prolonged as we figured out the best ways to work together and communicate. We needed to be more on the same page at the start, but we improved in that sense by the time the work started.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Most clients are set in their ways, but it’s worth it to be flexible to Kreative House Consulting’s ideas. We may have a vision of our target audience, but that can be skewed. Kreative House Consulting can find more details.
