Kreante worked with us to design and develop CartelOne, a custom workforce and operations management platform built specifically around business. The project included both the employee-facing mobile application and the management/admin side of the platform.

CartelOne centralizes many of our day-to-day operations, including employee scheduling, dealership assignments, time and attendance, operational workflows, performance tracking, communication, and management reporting. The platform was designed around how our field teams actually operate rather than forcing our company into an off-the-shelf software solution.

Kreante handled the development, integrations, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements as our needs evolved. They have continued adding functionality as has grown, including supporting our mobile applications and expanding the platform to accommodate additional employees, dealerships, markets, and operational processes.

The key deliverable was ultimately a scalable, custom-built technology platform that has become an important part of how we manage our company and field operations every day.

The project is still in active development and implementation, so we have not yet fully deployed all of the software or measured the long-term operational impact. However, we have made significant progress from the original concept to a functioning platform that is being tested and implemented within our company.

Kreante has successfully developed major components of CartelOne, including the core management platform and mobile applications, while continuing to build and refine additional functionality based on our real-world operational needs.

A major measure of success for us has been their ability to take a very complex vision for how we want to manage our workforce and operations and continually turn it into working software. As development continues, we are progressively rolling out more of the platform across our organization.

Kreante has done a very good job managing a complex and constantly evolving project. CartelOne is not a simple application, and throughout development we have continued to add ideas, change workflows, and expand the scope as we learn what we need operationally.

When issues or changes come up, they are quick to address them and work with us toward a solution. Overall, we have been very pleased with their project management, communication, and willingness to adapt as the platform continues to develop.

What has impressed us most is their ability to take our ideas and operational challenges and turn them into actual software solutions. We are not software developers, so many times we explain what we are trying to accomplish from a business and operational standpoint, and their team is able to understand the vision, think through the workflow, and determine how to build it into CartelOne.

They have also been extremely flexible as the project has evolved. Rather than simply building from a fixed list of requirements, they have worked alongside us as a true development partner, helping us continually improve and expand the platform as our company and needs change.

Kreante developed Meetern, a complete B2B2C matching platform for the Belgian internship market using WeWeb and Supabase. The scope included building three distinct user interfaces (students, companies, and academic institutions) with core features like mutual matching system, ATS with Kanban boards, real-time messaging, and performance dashboards. Key deliverables were the fully functional platform with user authentication, complex form systems, search/filter capabilities, notification system, and Stripe payment integration. Additionally, they delivered a marketing website in Webflow with pre-sale capability, complete UX/UI design system with wireframes and component library, and the technical infrastructure including database architecture and API integrations. The final product handles profile management, application tracking, and communication between all three user types in both French and English.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

​​The project delivered several measurable outcomes that demonstrated success. We launched a fully functional platform supporting three distinct user types with complete profile systems and matching capabilities. The platform successfully handles 50-100 companies at launch with stable performance across all core features including application tracking, messaging, and payment processing. 
We achieved multi-language support (French/English) with a scalable architecture for future growth. The pre-sale website with Stripe integration enabled early customer acquisition before the full platform launch. From a technical standpoint, we have a complete codebase in WeWeb/Supabase with documented APIs, a comprehensive design system, and successful integration of all planned features except those deliberately moved to V2. 
The platform is production-ready with real users able to create profiles, post opportunities, match with each other, and communicate through the integrated messaging system. Most importantly, we transformed from concept to market-ready product with all critical functionality operational for the Belgian internship market launch.

Kreante built Luxe Pass, a luxury lounge booking platform, from scratch in 14 weeks. They delivered a complete mobile-responsive web app with three user types: a member app for discovering and booking lounges with map integration and Stripe payment processing, an admin dashboard for managing lounges and users, and a partner dashboard for hotels/spas to track their daily reservations. The project included full backend setup with Supabase, domain configuration at app.luxepass.co, and code ownership transfer. They handled everything from initial concept and user flows through development, QA testing, and live deployment..

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They successfully launched a fully functional booking platform within the agreed 14-week timeline. The app handles complete end-to-end user journeys from registration through payment processing and booking confirmations. All three user dashboards (member, admin, and partner) are operational and integrated. We completed comprehensive QA testing that identified and resolved issues before launch, and the platform is now live at app.luxepass.co ready to onboard real users and partners. The code ownership was fully transferred to me, giving me complete control of the product moving forward.

You can really tell that she takes pride in her work and wants the client to be happy with their finished product.

A diverse, global team that really values their team members and clients. Also, having another woman as a project manager was a draw for me, because prior to meeting with Kreante, the other agencies I met with were all men.

This is small, but I think asking what method of communication is best for the client from the beginning would be beneficial. For me, as a founder with a full time job that travels a ton, we realized that Slack and email wasn't the most ideal means of communication. I would often miss sign in attempts because I wasn't in front of my computer at the time. Eventually, we realized texting was the best and allowed me to respond quicker.

Kreante was hired to help define a project, and develop it as a web app in a short amount of time as well as possible. The project was complex with lots of data sources, no CTO in place, and they had to take the time to well understand the user stories within the app, redefine it in technical terms and manage their team to build the UX and develop it. 

The end result was a Bubble.io web app with multiple integrations, a Xano backend amongst them, and a series of automations and API integrations.

• Viewing a timeline of the entire project, not just at the beginning.
