Are there any areas for improvement or something Kreante could have done differently?

think this and any other agency would benefit from a dashboard where clients get full visibility of the project. Something that lets me see exactly how much time was spent on a task, how much time I took to reply, so I can be more aware if I'm blocking them. Overall, something that provides features like:

• Receiving a Slack (or Teams, etc.) notification when a bug has been fixed or an improvement has been made.
• Viewing a timeline of the entire project, not just at the beginning.
• Comparing Project Time vs. Time Spent vs. Time Left.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Create an MVP for a content-driven social network. Key deliverables include a user registration process, profile view, dynamic feed, the ability to post content and put this behind a paywall, and the ability to interact with other users content through likes and comments. Finally, basic dashboards to report on key KPIs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Clear milestones during the project such as visual prototype completion during the design phase and the final build of the MVP during the build phase, which was validated through user acceptance testing of the app against agreed user stories and wireframes during different phases of the project.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The work was broadly delivered on time against the original targets. There were unexpected issues along the way but these were clearly communicated by the team over the duration of the project, along with associated risks and suggested corrective actions. This meant we could make decisions in a timely manner that allowed us to ensure the project goals were still met.

What was your primary form of communication with Kreante?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciated the collaborative ethos that I felt from different team members from the beginning of the process to the very end, which helped instil trust in the process and the work delivered

Are there any areas for improvement or something Kreante could have done differently?

I occasionally spotted design consistencies in the build. Overall, most of these were resolved as a result of direct feedback but felt this should have been spotted by Kreante's internal processes. By not having a consistent and polished front-end experience, there is a risk that the client loses confidence in the attention to detail of the work.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner and lead developer at Osborne Solutions. We are a Bubble development agency.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Kreante?

We have a client who wanted to develop a complex app using Bubble. They had already built around 20-30 screens in Whimsical and wanted us to build the app very quickly. We had several projects running at that time, and frontend development wasn’t our strongest point, so we had to outsource the app’s frontend development to another company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Kreante to provide Bubble development and frontend design support. We asked them to build all of the different screens that we needed within four weeks while we worked on the backend and the workflows. They’re tasked with taking the Whimsical wireframes that the client provided and designing them in Figma to show us what the final Bubble app would look like.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with three people from Kreante, including Jorge (Co-Founder), a designer, and a Bubble developer.

How did you come to work with Kreante?

Kreante found me on LinkedIn to ask me for Bubble coaching for their team, and I saw examples of their work through our sessions. I saw that they were very strong on the frontend, so we decided to stay in touch so I could contact them if any opportunities came up.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around €3,500 (Approximately $3,500 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We provided the client with a copy of the Figma designs that Kreante created, and they were very happy with the work and said that the Kreante team followed all the specifications they provided in terms of the design. I’m also very happy with Kreante’s work.

How did Kreante perform from a project management standpoint?

Kreante has performed well in terms of project management. We have a sprint meeting every week to assess our progress and check how well they’ve stuck to the wireframes and specifications provided by the client. They used Notion to give us a project specification and quote, and I’m satisfied with the way they structured the quotes. They provided a lot of details about the timeline, deliverables, and tools that they were going to use.

We typically communicate through email and video calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re most impressed with Kreante’s high level of communication and strong understanding of the project’s specifications.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if they could make me feel more integrated into their team. For example, getting invited into Slack can make me feel like I'm really participating and more in light of what’s happening in the project.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be honest about what you need, and they’ll handle the rest for you.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Kreante LowCode&AI Agency?

We needed good developments for an attractive price with knowledge of our issues and requirements.

Kreante LowCode&AI Agency has done the whole development of our platform. Initially, they helped us specify the requirements. Then, they built the platform and helped us test it. The team has built the UI/UX design and backend systems.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Kreante LowCode&AI Agency.

How did you come to work with Kreante LowCode&AI Agency?

We found them through a referral. We searched on the web and ultimately selected them because they had a good presentation.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $10,000 to $49,999-

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in October 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The deliverables from Kreante LowCode&AI Agency have been fine. We’ve opened the platform to our consultants, and they say it’s a big achievement and have enjoyed it. All processes are faster and more organized. We’ve reduced communication by mail or calls because everything is managed on the platform. We get around 20 offers by month, so we’ve reduced around 100 mails or calls by month. The time saved for me and my partner is around a day per month, and the time saved by consultants when they postulate to a need is a few hours in total.

How did Kreante LowCode&AI Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Kreante LowCode&AI Agency has delivered on time. We were late in specifying some requirements, so they’ve needed to absorb this delay on their side. We communicate via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve had a great experience, and we’re ready for version two of the platform. Moreover, the tools proposed to develop and test the platform are really nice and easily handled with some explanations. The process has been fluid.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We could have spent more time in the conception phase with a business analyst, but we’re happy with how they’ve managed it.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Kreante NoCode & LowCode were highly organized in their management of this project. They followed a clear process, structured in several stages:

• Realization of the e-commerce site, with regular checkpoints to ensure alignment with my expectations.
• Meeting deadlines: Despite time constraints linked to the need to launch the site before the end of the year, the agency delivered the main deliverables on time. A few last-minute adjustments were necessary, but these were handled reactively.
• Meeting my needs: The team was attentive and responsive throughout the project. They were able to meet my expectations by proposing solutions adapted to the specifics of my business (multilingualism, high-end design, SEO optimization). When a problem or question arose, their responsiveness and ability to provide concrete solutions were much appreciated.
• Communication: Communication with the agency was fluid and regular. Frequent exchanges ensured a good mutual understanding and enabled us to adjust priorities as the project progressed.
