Please describe your company and your position there.

We are an online marketing agency that offers various services to businesses to help them sell their products on different marketplaces. We offer consulting, product management and provide the tools to get new clients off the ground and existing clients to expand into new markets.

For what projects/services did your company hire Krazy Web Design?

I was working for a marketing agency for last 7 years. Over that period, I saw the huge demand for proper services for clients who want to get into growing e-commerce market. To grab that opportunity and provide quality services, I started my own company. But I did not have any website or logo. So I needed someone to design my website and logo.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal was to get a professional website and a beautiful logo. I wanted a website that will be easy to navigate and would look modern.

How did you select this vendor?

I was browsing online to find the right team for my project. I interviewed few of them for the task and Krazy Web Design was one of them. From the discussion, I feel like these guys are professional and creative and right for the project. So I hired them.

Describe the project in detail.

I did not need a complex website. I just wanted a simple yet professional website. The website needed to be informational with details about us and services. Also it was crucial to have a contact form which can be submitted easily. For logo, I asked for a basic logo which can flow nicely with the entire website design.

What was the team composition?

Our main point of contact was their customer support guy. He was very helpful and responsive to all emails in timely manner. Web Designer and Logo Designer started work soon and I got the website wireframe in 72 hours. Upon approving the wireframing with some changes, web designer started the website development. It took few weeks for the entire website to be completed. Logo initial design was done in 5 days. Logo design entire process took around 9 days.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I got the website and logo the way I was aiming for. The website was completed within timeframe and the outcome was excellent.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. Whenever I sent an email, I got the email response within few hours. Also the understanding was very good. They got my vision properly and designed me a professional website.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are very knowledgeable and creative. Also very patient with clients. Whenever I requested changes, they made the changes for me.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don't think so. In my opinion, they are outstanding. I normally don't give 5 star, but I am so impressed with my overall experience with Krazy Web Design.

I am the CEO at Combuss Solutions Ltd. located in Toronto, Canada. We recently opened this business and I manage the company with my wife as of now.

Since we just started, we needed some branding so that we can start promoting our business.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to have professional logo, business card and brochure designed to get things going.

How did you select this vendor?

I got the reference for this company from one of my friends who used their services to have his website built. I found their work very elegant and upon having a phone conversation, decided to hire them.

Describe the project in detail.

Upon initial conversation, they asked for 4 days to prepare the design drafts for brochure since I was in urgent need of brochure before anything else. They showed me 3 unique design concepts and we had to go back and forth to make some changes before finalizing the design. Final result was very nice. Then they started working on the logo and business card about 2 weeks ago. Again, I was given multiple design options to choose from. After few small changes, I finally got the logo and business card design files yesterday. I am very happy with the final product.

What was the team composition?

Graphics designer was assigned on the very first day. As per my discussion with the support guy, all customer support is handled by Salim. So all my communications were done directly with Salim and most of the time, we discussed things over the phone.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am impressed with the outcome. The designs looks great. I've received many compliments on them. All of the files were provided in High Quality and therefore I have to freedom to use them anywhere I choose.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was pretty effective. I didn’t get the chance to interact directly with the Graphics Designer himself, but Salim was always there to answer my questions and follow up in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What impressed me most is their work quality. Attention to detail for all designs and the time given on designing is really impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Their customer service is good, but sometimes need to wait a bit long on the line to speak to the customer support agent. Having 1 more support representative might be a good solution.
