The team prepares a monthly calendar with their proposals regarding our brand's social media. After our feedback, they proceed scheduling. They also set up and manage all our digital ad campaigns.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They managed to increase both our Facebook fans and Instagram followers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

For communication we usual use email and occasionally calls and video calls. I would say we communicate constantly at least 3 times / week if not every single day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their deep insight regarding social media performance marketing is amazing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe some more out of the box ideas regarding the creative part. But overall really satisfied.

Since the beggining of our cooperation, we have an 100% increase in our website visitors and Facebook likers and almost 50% increase in requests for our products.
