They helped our UK web design business with its local and nationwide SEO. Initially we were sceptical and our budget wasn't high. We started seeing movement in the rankings at the second month or so. At the 6th month mark, we started getting consistent improvements both in Google Maps and several relatively competitive nationwide terms related to our brand. 1 year later, we're still a customer and things are moving in the right direction. I'm gladly recommending Igor and his team.

Our UK rankings in both local and nationwide SEO that saw improvement.

Igor is the owner, he oversaw the process. We had an account manager and occasionally we had meetings with their technical SEO people. Delivery was on time, they were always very responsive.

I am the owner of one of the largest music schools on Long Island.

Improve our SEO and re-design our website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was dissatisfied with my prior SEO company and decided to go with Kore Media after they empirically demonstrated to me how they were able to help and grow other businesses that were their clients.

There were toe main projects. One was to improve SEO which was an ongoing effort. They approached this in a very systematic way by first identifying the correct keywords for my industry and then making all the on-site changes to optimize my SEO. Then there is the ongoing external work they performed which among other things was to get us listed on hundreds of directories as well as other optimization techniques. They also did a complete re-design of my website.

I primarily worked with Igor (owner) and to a lesser degree, their web designer Justin.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They dramatically improved my SEO from about 800 organic clicks per month to over 4,000. The re-design of my website was outstanding.

Hands on management style, incredible attention to detail and very responsive. They also use Trello, which is an excellent project management tool.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were also available to take my call and spent as much time as I needed to go over questions and explain things. They delivered on all their promises and exceeded my expectations.

Nothing comes to mind.

I'm the office manager and Director of Operations, I deal with the day to day operations and all the office emails, insurances and answering all calls.

Our website was not bringing in the patients/clients we would like, we are a new business and need all the help we can get. We heard great things Kore Media did for other offices that we know and were very pleased with their outcome.

We selected Kore Media after they presented our beautiful website to us and with the quick responses of what we would like added or fixed it was a no brainer for us!

We had an initial meeting to discuss what Kore Media can do for us...to increase our patients and explain what a new website can do for a business, we also discussed what other services they offer like social media.

There were about 5 team members at the beginning, two were the professional photographers, web designers, editor, google ads runner, and the boss.

After the website was done and the Google Ads starting running we definitely saw an increase of calls and interest.

We had many virtual calls, emails and texts, if I had a question the team was quick to respond and fix or explain anything I needed.

They are extremely professional and responsive.

After learning about our goals and budget, Kore Media designed and developed a great and modern website for us, that's conversion-optimized and then they marketed the site and our services through online and offline channels.

What was the team composition?

The CEO is very involved with every project which we loved, in addition to team members such as designers, developers, and marketers.

We now have new quality leads coming in with a close rate of around 40%.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow and communication are very smooth between us and them. They really listen.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The ability to get us up and running quickly, and that they go above and beyond in their delivery. They clearly explain how things work and why we should do things from a marketing and business standpoint.
