Bundles is developing a premium e-commerce brand specializing in 100% human hair extensions for boho braids and protective hairstyles. The project covers the complete customer experience, from product presentation to online sales and educational content. Key deliverables include: * Brand identity and visual design * E-commerce website with secure checkout * Product catalog (textures, colors and lengths) * Educational guides and care instructions * Photography and product illustrations * Social media content and marketing assets * Customer support and FAQ resources * Worldwide shipping integration and order management * SEO optimization and conversion-focused user experience The goal is to provide customers with high-quality, reusable human hair extensions while offering a premium shopping experience and educational resources to help them care for their products.

Although the brand has not officially launched yet, the project has already achieved several important milestones during its pre-launch phase: * Successfully developed a complete brand identity and visual direction. * Created educational content to help customers understand, choose, and care for human hair extensions. * Built an engaged TikTok community before launch through consistent organic content. * Produced a complete product catalog covering multiple textures, colors, and lengths. * Validated supplier relationships and finalized product quality standards. * Designed reusable packaging and customer care materials to improve the post-purchase experience. * Established a premium positioning focused on reusable 100% human hair extensions. * Prepared the e-commerce infrastructure for the upcoming worldwide launch.

The project is progressing well and is currently on schedule. Communication has been smooth throughout the development process, with regular updates and quick responses to feedback. Based on the current progress, we are confident that all remaining milestones will be completed on time and that the final delivery will meet the agreed timeline and quality expectations.

What impressed us most was their ability to quickly understand our vision and translate it into practical solutions. Their execution speed, clear communication, professionalism, and genuine willingness to provide thoughtful advice made the collaboration both efficient and enjoyable. Their expertise and attention to detail gave us confidence throughout the entire project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Koragence could have done differently?

No. So far, we have been very satisfied with the collaboration. Communication has been excellent, progress has been consistent, and we have no suggestions for improvement at this stage.
