We want to develop risk management system for companies. As a result, we hired this team to develop a custom solution that could handle companies need for different aspects. Out goal was to have a scalable solution to help company tracks. It need to be built in .NET so that it can be easily scaled.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them through a referral from one of my old developer. Because the project was such a high priority, we needed a results-driven partner that was committed to providing support for long term.

They design and developed .Net based business management solution. Design was very simple to use so no more challenges on design side. but backend required step by step implementation based on feature list and extra addons also required approval throw Jira tools.

There were 2 people in the core team inclusing project manager and a senior developer.

As project is totally custome development, new features aditions is going on on any stage of project cycle but their team performed so well that we decided to continue working with them to maintain solution.

The project management was great. We communicated through Email, Jira and SVN

The best part was that we had direct access to the whole team, making it easier to communicate our changes and ideas.

I’m the owner of The Talent Company, LLC. We provide professional staffing services to small and large companies. We primarily service the accounting and finance space, providing the people to help them accomplish their goals.

Additionally, we do tax, initial public offering (IPO), and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) work for our clients.

What challenge were you trying to address with Konceptwise Digital Media Pvt. Ltd.?

We’d revamped our website, and we were trying to get more traffic.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We worked with Konceptwise on two projects. First, they helped us build a database from scratch to organize our candidates better. It took us months to complete, and we initially provided all the information they needed from our IT person.

Then, Konceptwise suggested transferring our site to WordPress.

What is the team composition?

We only interacted with Mayur (Technical Head).

How did you come to work with Konceptwise Digital Media Pvt. Ltd.?

My IT employee suggested working with them. We’ve worked with him for 7–8 years, so we trusted him and went with Konceptwise.

How much have you invested with them?

For both projects, we spent near $25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first signed the agreement in May 2017 and were done with our projects in April 2020. Since then, we haven’t asked them to do anything else on the website, but they still maintain our site.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since we revamped our website, our business has grown significantly. They did a good job.

How did Konceptwise Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

They were good. Konceptwise let us know what to expect, and we didn’t have any issues. We did everything via email; we didn’t use any scheduling tools.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They did an excellent job of explaining the advantages of certain decisions, such as using WordPress over other competitors or putting something here versus there on the website design. Overall, they made it easy to understand for people without an IT background.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they did a good job. I don’t have anything bad to say about them. We felt comfortable with the entire process, and they still maintain the site, so we’re happy with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Collaborating with your internal team helps a lot. I had the big advantage of having an inner IT person, so collaborating with him made it a lot easier for me. However, if we’d had to, we’d just gone directly with Konceptwise because we wouldn’t have known where to start.
