As mentioned earlier, our client requested the implementation of virtual telephony to automate the sales process within their e-commerce business. He also shared with us the idea that he would like to integrate the website with CRM. To automate the sales process and do this virtual telephony implementation, firstly it was needed to do integration with client’s website and his CRM system.

So before starting our part of work, Komanda's team performed maintenance and support of the client's WordPress website. The team conducted a website audit to ensure smooth operation, identify and resolve any performance issues, fix broken links, and protect it from security threats. They performed speed optimization as an integral part of the entire sales process automation project.

Our overall experience of collaboration with Komanda included the technical support (addressing several issues such as plugin conflict) and the development of WordPress plugin. So the first step was to identify which plugin or plugins were causing conflicts. 
As a result, Komanda deactivated plugins one by one and tested the website's functionality after each deactivation. Then, we updated some plugins, but the team found that these updates were the source of conflicts. Komanda's team discovered an alternative plugin that serves the same purpose without causing conflicts and implemented it on our website.
