I saw an opportunity for how impactful SEO improvements would be on the website at the new job I had taken and knew the KnowAgency would be a perfect fit. They started with a technical audit of the website and then did keyword and competitive analysis. Additionally I wanted their support with content development on a regular basis (2 pieces per month).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Organic traffic to our website has noticeably increased as well as the quality of leads have improved since working with them. One of our first pieces of SEO content is consistently a top 10 page month over month for us. I can't say enough how impactful their work can be for a company.

I’m a co-owner of Tovatech, a distribution company for scientific equipment.

We wanted to switch marketing agencies.

Know Agency’s primary responsibilities are web development and our digital marketing strategy. Our site is on WordPress, and they create content, such as blog posts. They take care of our PPC, content marketing, and everything related to digital marketing. We have a Facebook and LinkedIn presence, which they manage. The team also works on conversion optimization.

What is the team composition?

We have two main points of contact, and they frequently hire third-party consultants, as well.

I know one of the owners.

We partnered in January 2014, and the work is ongoing.

They’ve had a highly positive impact on our digital marketing campaigns and successes.

How did Know Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

The team is timely and organized. We talk once or twice a week, mainly using Skype. They also provide regular metric updates, which we appreciate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re up to date on cutting edge SEO practices, especially with Google. I enjoy working with the owner because he gives clear and honest answers instead of just telling us what he thinks we want to hear. He’s a smart person who tells us his opinion, which makes it much more productive and enjoyable to work with him.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t see how they could improve. Relative to what I’m willing to pay, I'm satisfied with their work.
