We automate document data capture, analytics and fraud detection. Our product, Docsumo, is used by over 20 large financial enterprise for process automation. I am the Chief Executive Officer at Docsumo.

For what projects/services did your company hire Knovator Technologies?

We needed a reliable tech partner for building new features for our web app. We had one version of the product in the market but were looking to improve the frontend React app.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to add self serve capability for customers to train our product on their documents. It was a major change in terms of what customers we could serve and ease of customer onboarding.

We interviewed over 10 development agencies. Knovator Technologies was referred to us by a mutual connection. We were really impressed by their past experience and tech expertise. They were really prompt and straight forward in their communication. From the initial discussions itself they started collaborating with us rather than just focusing on sales.

They developed and implemented various modules in the web app along with API integrations. After the discovery call, they collaborated with us to scope out the features and their priorities. Once the scope was approved by us, they onboarded a developer and project manager to start the implementation.We have been working with them for almost a year now.

We had one React developer and one project manager from their end for the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We started a 3 month engagement with Knovator technologies which has now become an annual retainer. They have become an extended part of our team. They have helped us add several key modules to our product.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Communication and project management was done excellently. We had weekly planning calls to discuss progress. Their team directly working on our product was added to a common Slack channel and participated in daily standup.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to understand your problem and work together to build a solution. We had direct lines with their CEO and he was really prompt in arranging for additional help wherever required. They very well merge with the customers working style and become part of your extended team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not much really. We initially considered having Knovator Technologies do UI/UX design work. Since our product is complicated, we decided to have UI/UX inhouse.

To help our user to buy the right product from right online store, we have to make sure that we provide complete and accurate content of product. Our goal was to design and make custom auto scraping system according to our custom specific need of our portal.

We decided to outsource our project and posted our requirements on many online portals. we got approached by 10 plus vendors across the india and glob Our decision making factor include as: clear communication, deep and clear understanding of our all project requirements and a single person communication for complete project task. Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our solution was developed and delivered as per time line with complete accordance to our quality future and functionality guideline. Our engadment with Mr. Gami till the project end was very smooth sophisticated and very straight forwards.

Mr Gami have full filled all our expectation and need regarding project with in time lines. Our communication and work tool includes Gmail Skype Github Anydesk cell phone

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We are really very impress in the end by Mr Gami and Knovator Technologies team they way they have worked and the way they have communicated is just so simple and so perfect. They don't charge you extra our even mention for few extra request or need of project. Nothing is hard all it's take little long as par MR Gami. Even though Project is completed and we don't have any maintenance contract yet they support us with little updates without any extra charge.

We don't wish anything different then what we got, we are 100% satisfied with quality of work, work with in time line, and way it carried out by Mr. Gami.

Knovator developed our platform that manages all our databases. There’s a function that sends reminders directly to interviewees. Whenever we need additional help on the site, the Knovator team is always willing to help us. They provide guidance and online training to show us how to use and maintain the website.

We can now manage the database easily. It also saves us time because our candidates get reminders, which is better than having to call them.

We’re developing an online exam application for Indian students, covering entrance, K–8, and other exam types. I’m the co-founder of the company.

Knovator developed our platform in its entirety. The platform has teaching and exam functionalities, and live sessions are available. The platform can also analyze students’ test performance.

I’ve worked with Pankit (Founder, Knovator) and Jenish (CTO, Knovator) directly. There are 4–5 other people from their team working with me.

One of my colleagues referred Knovator. They’d worked on this type of platform and with our type of company in the past.

The cost so far is close to $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Knovator in February 2019, and the first phase was completed that May. I continue to go to them whenever I need a solution.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website is working well, and Knovator stayed within the quote they gave us. We launched the site in May, and we had close to 40,000 subscribers by September. That’s a great achievement for India.

How did Knovator perform from a project management standpoint?

They shared daily, weekly, and monthly plans with me through a platform. I could track what they were doing on a daily basis. We communicated through email and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Knovator completed the project on time, and, at least for me, they’ve been doing awesome. They delivered what I expected every time, 100%. I’ve actually referred them to a colleague, and I’ve given them permission to promote their company on my website.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No; they’ve always fulfilled my tasks on time, and they’re performing very well.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

We wouldn’t have a development team without Knovator, and we wouldn’t have achieved success as a company without them. I’ve developed 2–3 websites in the past, and IT companies are always giving false commitments. Knovator was the first provider I’ve worked with that delivered on time.
