We chose Klein Media after an extensive evaluation of several agencies. Their impressive portfolio, expertise, and transparent communication sealed the deal. 

We invested a substantial amount in this project, and I must say, it was money well spent. At the time of this review, our engagement with Klein Media is ongoing as we continue to fine-tune our digital strategies.

In order to give potential clients a sneak peek of our system we wanted to have a productvideo. The video explains how the journey of an end user and a consumer intersect.

The scope of Klein Media was simplicity within animation and production. Requirement for this video were TWZ branding and a maximum lengt of 1.5 minutes. I was project manager on this project, so I provided assets (logo, source material), feedback and kick off & sign off. Klein Media was responsible for producing a productvideo.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Two people were involved from Klein Media and one person from our side. But there was only one point of contact at Klein Media. Klein Media worked with a video producer and motion graphic designer. We had several rounds of feedback, to which all team members collaborated on.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At this point we don't have any metrics, since we just started using our product video. But that being said, stakeholders are happy with the result. It's our first ever product video.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication between Klein Media and us was very professional. Everything was clear and there were direct lines. Form of communication depended on the situation, ie a WhatsApp message for a quick question, e-mail for a recap etc. This is very pleasant, because it keeps the speed in the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Open, honest and clear communication. They give you a sense of trust; they know what they're doing and they deliver as promised.

Not that I can think of.

We built the website eight or nine years ago, probably around June 2011. We’re still working together on SEO.

I’m not very technology savvy, so I don’t understand all of the website analytics. However, Klein Media continues to check up on me and provide updates about my rankings and website. They offer new ideas to improve my visibility online so I can get more clients.

They met deadlines. Everything they say they’ll do, they deliver on. It’s very quick.

Im the Managing Director of The Calisthenics Club. TCC is an International Calisthenics Sports platform created to give structure, insight and professionalize the sport through out technology and is governed by its National federations/association working towards the IOC guidelines.

To create an Online Sports platform. The goals was to be the biggest and best Calisthenics sport platform in the world.

They done a previous website for me and I was very satisfied about the work so it was an easy decision to make.

The project was to build a custom Calisthenics platform which will lift the sport to the next level with the main goal being sport recognition and becoming an Olympic Sport discipline.

The platform was succesfully launched august 2020 and is being received very positive within the Calisthenics community. We are gladly building further towards becoming the number one platform. We are seeing good results in terms of signups and conversion which is exceeding our KPI's.

We use several workflow tools for communication and tasks this helps us to achieve a high productivity level. In some cases we communicated directly with the founder on a higher level.

Klein Media is well accessible throughout the project and adaptable to changes in a quick pace. This exceeded our expectations and helps us to work in a lean way. The way of working has given us inspiration which we will also implement in our own way of working on projects.

We started with a kick-off meeting, one in Berlin and one in Amsterdam. Both our offices. A comprehensive timeline was created including KPI's. Most technologies used: project management tools such as Trello, Asana and Miro. Executional technologies: Wordpress, PHP, Adobe Creative Suite.

KleinMedia worked with 3 people; two senior developers and the head of strategy and operations. Our team existed of 3 people as well; our creative director, art director and head of strategy.

Web traffic on both websites increased with 40% every week for the first 5 weeks and has been steady ever since. Incredible CTR and retention rates. Exceeded KPI's.

We always maintained close contact, daily stand-ups (when possible) and an ongoing digital dialogue. Clear communication; same attitude in regard to collaboration: direct, no-nonsense and most of all; enjoyable.

Modus Operandi and the vision of KleinMedia is inspiring for every perspective of the collaborative process; both partner and client. They are very good in implementation and evaluation. Progressive overall attitude with great company culture. Fun, quality and performance.

After a long search of a small webdesigner nearby I finally found Klein Media and there was a click after the first meeting.

The old website was built in a old PHP and needed a new build. To translate the old information in the new one was difficult and it took more time and effort but Klein Media didn't changed the price we agreed in advance, which was very nice. The result was very satisfying and also the logo
