eFoods Direct, Incorporate is an eCommerce seller of that freeze-dried and dehydrated food products. We are headquartered in Orem, Utah and have been in business since early 2000. eFoods Direct offers different pre-packaged food packages designed for a shelf life of up to 20 years. Our pricing allows customers to purchase monthly and yearly quantities for the entire family.

In March 2021, I hired KJ Proweb to redesign our corporate website along with branded Facebook page to match the aesthetics and down-to-earth feel of our corporate website. Beyond eCommerce website design and a branded social media page, we need KJ Proweb to integrate both platforms into a 3rd party order fulfillment software program that connected to our warehouse and the vendor handling order shipments. 

KJ Proweb successfully integrated Google Analytics and SugarCRM into our website to help us view, track and manage sales in real-time. After setting up and launching our Facebook advertising campaign (which lasted for six months), we generated an average of $180,000 to upwards of $215,000 in gross monthly revenue. We were delighted with the level of professionalism demonstrated by the entire team at KJ Proweb and their end of work deliverables.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A successfully profitable Facebook advertising campaign that lasted for a period of six months. We spent between $7,500.00 and up to $10,000.00 on several product promotion launches using Facebook. Each ad campaign yielding exceptional results. We captured 400% and up to 2,900 % return-on-investment per advertising dollar spent.

We hired KJ Proweb to create a web development strategy, author web page content, including terms and conditions policy pages, and design an e-commerce website store.  The website was completed in a professional manner and launched within 30 days as mutually agreed. We are very satisfied with the final product.

The most impressive measurable outcome in KJ Proweb's work was'

1. Their ability to get our website ranked on a front page of Google's search result listings for the most important keywords and search phrases relevant to our products. 
2. The product descriptions contained unique, easy to understand explanations of features in each products, important benefits associated with those features, value propositions, and compelling call-to-action statements.
3. After launching the website, KJ Proweb was responsive to our email inquiries and telephone calls for assistance.

Two people from KJ Proweb were assigned to our web development project. Our website was completed within 30 days of purchase (as promised). Additionally, they were very responsive to our emails and telephone calls after launching the website.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There's not one particular most impressive aspect about KJ Proweb. Instead, I was impressed with Kevin, the owner of KJ Proweb's ability to effectively manage the many different processes associated with content creation, web development, SEO, third-party plugin- integration, pre-launch testing, and finally launching a B2C e-commerce store. Kevin proved to us that he is an outstanding project manager.

Are there any areas for improvement or something KJ ProWeb could have done differently?

There are no areas of improvement that I could suggest for KJ Proweb, and nothing could have been differently in my opinion.

Our company, One Swipe At A Time, LLC., hired KJ Proweb to build and host a responsive, interactive website allowing businesses to sign up for credit card processing services and career opportunities. Included with the website was a HubSpot CRM to help us track and management new sales, existing customers, and their activity status. 
Next, KJ Proweb added a FunnelKit sales automation plugin to the website. Finally, they three branded social media profiles that we use for client acquisition. We contracted with KJ Proweb to handle management of our regular advertising campaigns.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most important measurable outcome is our consistently flow of inbound sales calls, email and telephone inquiries. Our success comes from having a professional website and a solid online business profile.

The project management was simple and easy. KJ Proweb presented to me a written proposal that explained the deliverables, the cost, and the timetable for completion. All services were delivered in a timely manner and very high quality.
