The resource is assigned to an ongoing project and he was given a set of tasks to complete a level in a transformation of a re-architecture. He had a lot of knowledge-sharing sessions and familiarized himself with the new concepts and algorithms. The level was delivered with some delays

Overall, the desired level was delivered with some delays. Most of the time, we encountered verification issues. From time to time, the daily work packages were delivered with incorrect implementations which ended up with revisiting the implemented functionalities. The resource took a lot of time of the other team members to understand the business requirements and verification

Finally, it was delivered in the desired way but not on time.
In our daily calls, we usually get a response that everything is clear but at the end of the day, we receive something not aligned with the business requirements. This caused us to revisit the implemented functionalities again and again

In the beginning, we had an assumption since Kiwi is a gaming studio, the resource can get help anywhere he is stuck. This is one of the improvement areas. Another point is that the employees should be trained to act proactively in the industry. The developers can be trained to have an understanding of maximizing the client's needs. Most of the time, the developer needs to go beyond the expectations without being asked
