I am a co-founder of a Landing template provider from Eastern Europe. We work with companies that deal with blockchain technologies. ICO Agencies use our landing page template to demonstrate their services to ICO owners. It has many built-in features and components, and ready-made adjustable sections to display all the necessary information.

When we first contacted KitRUM they gave us a very clear and precise description of their working process. Even at this stage, we understood that we made the right choice. It’s the first time we work with outsourcing, so we asked a lot of questions and received vivid explanations and additional information. KitRUM showed flexibility, offering several ways we can collaborate with them, and was very helpful in defining our needs. To finalize the deal, we received all the necessary documents.

We connected with several developers on our own, trying to manage the process on-site. When we understood, that management is a time-consuming process we decided to delegate the task to those, who specialize in providing, managing the teams, and bringing solutions. We chose KitRUM for years of experience and the number of projects it fulfilled. What was important for us, is that they take charge of every step and deliver results, so we could do our business while they do what they know best.

After a couple of years of work, we decided that we need our CRM system, as the one we used before didn’t correspond to our needs. We got a lot of data already, so it also had to be migrated from the old CRM to a new one. KitRUM helped us to choose the Operational CRM type, as it’s really what we need for customer support. They came up with amazing solutions for custom client sorting and after this, we are really looking for additional perspectives in the ICO field.

The onboarding process went really smoothly and was chill. From the start, their delivery manager reviewed ower business model and offered a CRM solution that corresponds to our main tasks. After that, we were acquainted with the team consisting of several developers and account managers that would work on our project.

With the new CRM, our sales boost by 30%, as well as productivity of the sales team increased. This year the rate of sales managers who achieved the year sales goal is higher at 24%.

We have a small team, so it’s hard for us to be involved in the process 100% all the time, that is why we required a reliable partner who can fulfill the process and make some decisions on their own. With KitRum it was a perfect combo, as they showed themselves perfectly in this balance of always providing us with necessary information on the workflow and not asking too many questions. I think the very deep research on the start helped to organize the work in that way.

What impressed me is the way they accommodate the work to our needs as well as their brilliant ideas, which aim not only to reach the set goal but give the ability to look further and apply them for business growth.

It was our first experience with outsourcing and it went so well, that I doubt we will look for some other company to work in future.

We are developing a digital healthcare application that would help diabetic patients improve their lifestyles while also providing effective healthcare programs that can improve their health status. We believe that diabetes can be properly managed and treated when the right attitude, lifestyle and healthcare is combined with pharmaceutical drugs. Unfortunately, healthcare facilities are often overburdened with patients complaining about issues that don't necessarily need hospital visits. We found that most cases could be self-managed from home with the right guide and knowledge. For example, keeping tabs on meals, exercise and blood sugar levels can be done by a patient without coming to a hospital.

Because of the uniqueness and sensitivity of what we wanted, we needed not just any developer but a company with experience in digital health development. So we went through reviews on clutch, made a shortlist and did a background investigation. After interviewing shortlisted companies, KitRUM had the best portfolio and experience relevant to our needs.

KitRUM designed and developed a digital health application based on our description and need. The application included a real-time monitor, a timer, reminder and customizable meal and exercise planner. The application was developed with a wide array of meal and exercise options that are specific to diabetes management.

So users can always modify their meal and exercise plan from a wider predefined set. The application also contains diabetes management resources to help educate users. Users can also have access to consultations and virtual support groups.

The development team comprised ten professionals, including a principal architect, two Scrum Masters, a native android developer, an ios developer, and full-stack developers.

We've recorded significant results with our diabetic patients since we launch the app for public use. Many patients are now more disciplined with their medical and therapeutic routines and have recorded great improvements in their health. We also have a higher compliance rate than we did before launching the app.
