EstimateOne manages large volumes of commercial construction documentation, including both structured (e.g., digital forms, spreadsheets) and unstructured (e.g., PDFs, drawings, tender documents) data. We are looking to assess and demonstrate the viability of using AI-based solutions to process these documents and extract relevant data points via a prototype. Further iterations include enabling interactive data retrieval and insights via a chatbot, and further enhancing the data points to become more complex.Once we have established viability, we are looking to more formally productionise the platform, optimize the solution for scalability, performance (speed & quality), and cost-effectiveness, while also enhancing the use cases to support further customer requirements. Deliverables for the POC include, working software that can be integrated to our application, enabling a full end to end workflow, including breaking a set of documents down, using an LLM to interogate the documents to extract specific values, and expose the output to the our application.

KMB delivered on the POC working to an agressive timeline. They demonstrated pragmatic decision making to ensure delivery on time. They also identified deliverables to support the running of the systems including an Admin portal to help monitor and administer the processing and outputs. KMB brought individuals to the project who had specialised skills to solve various components of the project, enabling efficient delivery. They where response to changes in requirements, or tweaks to behaviours.

After we had completed the POC KMB assisted in building a roadmap of remediation and enhancement for the platform. They have also helped us analyse various solutions to enhance the platform, and helped us understand tradeoffs of these solutions.

Not sure they could of done more for this, but given the geographical differences (Australia to Greece), we had challenges around the Timezones between us and the KMB team. KMB demonstrated flexibility to ensure we connected regularly and in ways that enabled information sharing.

RMIS not only supports the internal communication but also the target recognition and the requirements of research projects. Through applications (Web/Mobile), researchers have the ability to access the encrypted and anonymized patient data. The modules of RMIS developed using state-of-the-art technologies. Frontend Angular and Backend GOlang The whole project is divided into several parts in order to gather initial impressions of the developed modules to reduce time and costs. The methodology of the project is a mix of agile and waterfall depending on the several project parts and its requirements.

BlueTree is an end-to-end events management PaaS. Initially we wanted to give our customers a stable solution to manage registrations, track physical attendance and everything a Professional Conference Organiser need to manage, which is something we already got from KMB. As time went on, we recognised the need to digitise more aspects of the conference and add more tools.
