I’m the Regional Manager for Kaizen Health Group, a group of Massage Therapy clinics that offer registered massage therapy, acupuncture, and aesthetic services to the Mississauga area.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kings Digital?

We had been handling our digital platforms, such as our website, social media, and Google My Business, on our own for a while. Once we started to expand our business, we recognized the importance of SEO and having a dedicated and knowledgeable team.

Our initial goals were to improve our SEO and Google ranking. However, after working with Kings Digital and seeing the growth, we added social media and other relative platforms. Kings Digital has been working with us for five years, and it’s an ongoing relationship. They continue to handle all our website, social media, and digital needs to keep our business trending and ensure our online presence is respectable. They’ve completely rebranded our website and social media and actively monitor and post.

All projects have been successful. Our ranking has dramatically improved, and our online trust has increased, which has brought more positive reviews and clients. Due to our high trust value, our company now appears within the first couple of listings instead of pages behind.

Kings Digital developed our website. The team created a product-focused layout and set up the product showcase pages for harvester blades for combine and reaper machines and blades for thresher machines. They also created an infrastructure showcase page and a company profile section. The team ensured that the website was responsive and worked on all devices.

Overall, the experience was smooth but if I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be to provide more visual references in the early stages. That could help speed up decision-making and reduce back-and-forth on design elements. Other than that, they handled everything very professionally.
