Kindgom Branding was very responsive and they handled the project management very well. They introduced themselves to me and walked me through the project and what I was to expect at each phase of the process. They listened to what I was looking to accomplish and they worked with me to achieve it. They were very engaged and had very quick turnarounds on each correspondence I initiated with them. They also made the effort to reach out to let me know where the project status was and gave me previews of everything while asking for, and incorporating my feedback to ensure that my vision for this project was realized.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their openness and willingness to listen to my ideas while also offering constructive feedback. They were very committed to helping to shape the book into its final form. Having that level of support made a significant difference in the creative process and the overall outcome.

This collaborative environment had a massive influence on my work by allowing me to explore my vision more freely and confidently. It can encouraged me to delve into options of greater creativity, to express my ideas without fear of negation. In terms of future projects, such an experience of cost-effectiveness, mutual respect, and open communication has inspired me to collaborate with this company again.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Kingdom Branding could have done differently?

I would like to see them work a bit more on assisting with marketing opportunities as a part of the publishing package. This, in my opinion, would make a more complete package which could be more appealing to future and current clients.

I'm a professor of leadership and strategy at three universities across Africa: James Hope Business School, International Leadership University, and the University of Lagos Business School. I'm also the CEO of Kish Global Consultants, which leads global research projects across four continents: Europe, America, Asia, and Africa. Additionally, I'm an author currently publishing my fifth book; my last four books were published in India, Germany, and the UK.

I do a lot of work in the US and did my PhD there nine years ago. Therefore, I understand the territory and culture and have an audience in the US and Canada. I hired Kingdom Branding to help me publish my fifth book in the US and Canada.

Kingdom Branding has provided me with publishing services. My book is about leadership and African values. The Kingdom Branding team designed the book, edited it, and handled the printing. The book is currently being printed and will be released next month. 

What is the team composition?

I was in contact with 4–5 teammates from Kingdom Branding, including the managing director, the finance director, the CEO, and a designer. 

How much have you invested with them?

I've made the first payment of the publishing fee, about $1,000, and have been making further payments. The total cost will be about $2,000.  

How did you come to work with Kingdom Branding?

I found them through a referral. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Kingdom Branding has done an excellent job. I've presented books in the UK, Germany, and India, so I understand the publishing process. Kingdom Branding has done exceptionally well, and I'm happy with them. I'd be willing to include the names of the Kingdom Branding teammates who helped me in the book in order to promote them. Overall, everything has gone smoothly, so I will continue to use Kingdom Branding for my work in the US and Canada and hope for a long-term partnership. 

How did Kingdom Branding perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is excellent, and the team delivers everything on time; they're very time-conscious. Additionally, their pricing isn't too high. Overall, their performance has been phenomenal on this front. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Kingdom Branding is a good, professional company.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could make changes so that the printing cost can be minimized. Publishing is a continuous process, and Kingdom Branding can continue to improve. However, they've done very well so far — I would give them a high score.

My website theme was discontinued and started acting up (slow response time, breaking, not responding or plug ins causing the site to not function properly). After trying 2 other web developers, I contacted Rotimi and his team for help. He was the only one to explain that sometimes theme builders abandon the theme and no longer update it. As new technology emerges, these older themes start breaking. We did some temporary fixes to get the site up and running and negotiated a new contract for Website Development, which included rebuilding the website with the same design; https://jovankaciares.com/

The work was done to my absolute satisfaction. The team was flexible, took feedback positively and incorporated my requested changes promptly. They also completed the job in itime!

Yes, I worked with Rotimi and then with Aulona and they were both wonderful. Aulona was my main project manager and we had clear communication and on time delivery of deadlines throughout the entire project.

In that session, they identified social media goals, developed brand voice and tone, and produced a social strategy specific to the brand and platform. Support with Graphics Design for Social Media Platforms. They are also creating up to 10 Graphic Designs monthly for me.
