Kinetic319's team met the majority of deadlines, and sometimes needed an extra week or two (understandable).

Megan especially went out of her way to support our content calendar creation - worked late with us to fill in topics, figured out content allocations, etc.

Megan is always quick to respond to our requests and will follow up with her team and prompt them.

• Keeping track of deliverables, sometimes we need to prompt the team and remind them of deadlines
• Answering questions in Slack within a timely manner (only Megan is responsive in Slack and I know she usually has to prompt others to respond)
• Reviewing work before sending over (sometimes we catch discrepancies)

Kinetic319 supported a full scope of paid media, affiliate, and SEO efforts across us and Minibar Delivery. On the paid media side, this included campaign strategy, setup, and day-to-day management across channels like Google and Meta, along with ongoing optimization, budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance reporting. They also worked with us on creative testing and identifying new channels to drive incremental growth. 
For affiliate, they helped manage and optimize the program, including partner performance tracking, identifying opportunities to re-engage or grow key partners, and supporting overall strategy to improve revenue and efficiency. On the SEO side, they provided recommendations to improve organic visibility, supported site and content optimizations, and helped identify opportunities to drive incremental traffic. 
Key deliverables included campaign planning and execution, regular performance reporting, optimization recommendations, testing roadmaps, and ongoing strategic guidance across channels.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Maintained strong ROAS across paid media while scaling campaigns to drive incremental revenue, traffic, and new customer acquisition. Affiliate performance improved through partner optimization and re-engagement efforts, and ongoing testing across channels and creative helped unlock new growth opportunities. SEO initiatives also contributed to increased visibility and incremental organic traffic.

As with any ongoing partnership, there’s always room to be more proactive around testing and bringing new ideas forward. Continued focus on identifying new growth opportunities and evolving strategy over time would be valuable.
