Since the migration and ongoing support work began, that workload has decreased considerably, allowing me to focus more on strategic initiatives and content improvements.

Another important result has been the successful migration of nine websites to a new hosting environment without disrupting services. As additional projects and stakeholders have become involved, there have been opportunities where more proactive planning sessions could have helped prioritize future initiatives and identify dependencies earlier. This hasn’t been a significant issue, and it hasn’t affected the quality of the work delivered, but having periodic strategic planning discussions could be beneficial as the scope of work continues to grow.

That said, KindSoft has always been responsive, open to feedback, and willing to adapt to our needs. Any challenges we’ve encountered have been addressed professionally, and they’ve consistently worked with us to find practical solutions. Overall, this is a relatively minor observation in what has otherwise been a very successful and productive partnership.
