KindSoft has provided a complete web design and development solution for our project. They used React and NextJS for the front-end and created a stable database using NodeJS and SQL on the back-end. The website is hosted on a Linux server. The main deliverable of their work was a responsive web interface, which digitised our product catalogue and customer service system. In addition, they have made website navigation easier by following the UX Strategy.

As a result of the new website, our online engagement has increased significantly. In the first few months, we noticed an increase of about 30% in wholesale orders. As the website loads quickly, users are spending much more time on our site. The CMS integration has significantly accelerated our administrative work, which has reduced our operational costs.

Although it is a very good experience overall, however, it would have been better if the documentation process was slightly more detailed at the initiation stage of the project. It’s not a problem of epic proportions, but more detailed documentation would have made things easier for our internal team to work later.

KindSoft rebuilt the entire HTML of the page. In the beginning, it was very simple and more of a placeholder. They finished it and turned it into a good, functional page that matches our brand identity. The team delivered a fully built HTML page while working around the requirements of the emulator.
