Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of work was to support the release of a new product offering that was tailored to the learning & development community. Key Learning conducted a needs analysis to evaluate the current state of the platform and identify gaps that the new product could fill, which in turn influenced the product's positioning. Once the product was built, Key Learning helped with the content and video production of a commercial that introduced the new product.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The waitlist to use the product generated 35 interested individuals in the first 24 hours. The commercial to introduce the product received numerous likes and comments from individuals excited about the product.

They were extremely responsive on Slack and always available when I booked a virtual meeting in advance. The items were delivered in a timely manner and I felt like I got far more value than I expected out of the engagement.

The company takes great care to deeply understand the customer's needs and find creative ways to solve their problems. They took ownership in the project and I felt like they cared as much as I did about the work we were doing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Key Learning Studios could have done differently?

After our engagement wrapped up, I had some follow up needs that I wanted additional support that took longer than I expected to fulfill but I totally understand that they were otherwise engaged in other projects.
