ASL19, Farsi for Article 19, is a technology group working towards practical responses for online access to information challenges.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire KEXINO to accomplish?

The original project began more than two years ago with a complete redesign of the website, switching from ModX to WordPress. After that, I continued to provide design and development assistance for the website by keeping KEXINO on a monthly retainer. New pages, changes, site performance, debugging, and other website initiatives usually take up more than 20 hours each month.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project began with a couple discovery calls for the website makeover. Following the conclusion of those calls, design comps and an evaluation of the pages we should retain or redirect were given. After the internal assessment and approval of the two rounds of comparisons, the development process began. 
We had time to evaluate and react once the website was up. The website went online once all of the comments were handled. We had seventy days from the time it went live to fix any mistakes or problems that arose.

Overall, a nice procedure given the amount of labor involved. I have biweekly meetings with the KEXINO team to discuss what's new, what's in line, and what has been finished for the continuing retainer. I am permitted to keep sending and reviewing requests for the two weeks. Design work usually begins at the beginning of the month, while development work is completed at the conclusion of the month.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We switched the website to WordPress because of KEXINO, which greatly accelerated our time to market for fresh material. Since introducing the new platform, our website's traffic has more than doubled.

As we are still pre-launch it is still premature to make this analysis.

KEXINO's project management processes were effective and efficient. We followed their lead.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Super communication and ability to respond to client needs. They are always willing to go the extra mile to identify important questions which we may have missed. Also their answers to the questions we did identify were always 100% transparent, realistic and often productively creative.
