From the onset Kevit Technologies had a good understanding of what we wanted to achieve and what needed to be done to meet all targets with success

It was a team of specialists. Ranging from backend development to UX&UI, project management, etc.

they performed exceptionally, even managing to exceed my high expectations. They are always on time and multi-skilled with excellent communication skills, and a reliable and precise.

Their flexibility and understanding of project management and product development were impressive.

They are very glad to listen to any concern the customer might have and they effectively adapt to the situation and style of the customer to maximise success of projects

Developing the advance chatbot from scratch.

What were your goals for this project?

Goal was to achive the 1st level of advance chatbot as this level of chatbot was hardly developed in market.

We had date with 6 companies before we got married with Kevit. We did complete analysis of each company by hiring a consultant who helped us choosing right project partner. Ultimately with confidence we end up with Kevit. And our decision were right i woudl say.

For project idea safety, i may not be able to describe in details. I would say we and Kevit are making worlds first Parenting Chatboat. It would be a next google for parenting.

What was the team composition?

Around 7 people worked on our project as per need of project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our business is completely on the solution that we are designing with Kevit. This is whole and sole for our company.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I must say, planning to execute it was too good. Team Kevit involvement at every stage was really appreciable. The way they have gelled with us in this project is simply superb. Hardly we feel that they are service providers. they act as project partner taking care of development side.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability of understanding client mindset and working hand to hand. Transparency & staff support out of way was more than expected. I would say they are SME of chatbot. They are capable to handle million dollar projects.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Documentation is a part that can be improved. And Design side grip is an area of improvement.

We hired Kevit for collecting publicly available high quality videos from social platforms.

How did you select Kevit Technologies?

We did a POC before selecting Kevit.

After the POC was done, we did multiple discussions with Kevit explaining them our architecture and how the videos will be utilized. Based on these discussions, a project plan was created with milestones and testing process.

On Kevit’ end, we engaged with a project manager, engineering lead and a developer.

The project is now running very smoothly

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It took few days to streamline the communication but now a combined slack channel with weekly sync calls ensure everyone is on the same page.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed by their commitment and technical curiosity.

They provide insights into our progress. They’re very professional and I’m enthusiastic about their support. It's a delight working with them.

We are online on Slack the entire day and we arrange Skype calls. We keep our backlog and other items in ClickUp.

They’re devoted and committed to making our project a success.

We initially took issue with their tracking of progress, but that’s been resolved.
