Kaweb are building a bespoke website for us, bringing all aspects of our business together online. This website constists of a huge parts database and catalogue for both trade and retail customers, as well as featuring our own brands of clothing and accessories. Through this website, our customers will not only be able to purchase spare parts, clothing and accessories, but will have visibility of our current stock of motorbikes and be able to book servicing and other workshop time online. 

As part of this project, Kaweb are building some bespoke software to enable us to easily build upon and maintain our huge database, and format the data for ecommerce purposes.

We have been very happy with Kaweb's project management. They are open and communicative and respond very well to our needs. While they are very good at sticking to project timelines, they also have a flexible approach, taking the unexpected in their stride and ensuring we are happy before proceeding. 

The team at Kaweb have been very honest with us when they believe there is opportunity to improve upon our spec, using their experience to ensure we get the best possible results.

We initially approached Kaweb with our initial idea and vision for the app and Claire and her team quickly got to work to to create a design brief. Once this was approved, Kaweb broke down the design and build process into smaller chunks. We were kept informed all throughout the build phase. Once the app was built, it was tested thoroughly and issues resolved. Claire and her team helped us with the inital launch.

Our website was functional, but not working well. the site would crash when traffic got to high and functionality would begin to decrease.

Kaweb has taken over our hosting which means at peak times we're not being stung with "package increases" which has been a fantastic help, we used to experience down time because our "plan" with our previous provider was not set up to cope with our peak traffic times. Since we have moved to hosting with Kaweb we haven't experienced a single second of down time, which is key in our market. Plus! We are spending far less on hosting because we're not having to pay for unnecessary 'features' we were previously paying for.

Secondly, Kaweb has taken on our website development. We have been incredibly impressed with Paul and the team. The mixture of developers means we have access to a team who can cover all expertise from back end coding to the front end user experience. Projects on our website we have had on our list to complete for months (even years) are being completed to an excellent quality and in record time. This will single handedly drive our business forward as we automate more and more, which leaves us the extra time to strategies and come up with more engaging content and marketing.
