We were looking for an engaging and modern way to visualize our corporate values and communicate them effectively to our growing team. Our goal was to actively upgrade our corporate culture. Additionally, we needed a highly unconventional video for our "Team of the Year 2025" award application that would capture our unique team spirit.

We jumped into this project with a lot of enthusiasm but also a bit experimentally. We started with just one animated video about our core values. We loved the outcome so much that we extended the project to a full 10-month engagement, creating a complete series of 7 animated videos. Alongside this massive project, Kashu also worked on two smaller, yet critical campaigns. The most important one was the live-action video content for our "Team of the Year 2025" application. They managed the entire process – from understanding our need for something completely non-traditional, through building the core concept, to the final execution in record time.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results are outstanding. The animated videos are incredibly impactful, easy to digest, and perfectly reflect the BTL spirit. We are actively using them to build and upgrade our company culture, and the feedback from the team has been overwhelmingly positive. Furthermore, I truly believe that without Kashu's dedicated support and brilliant execution of our live-action video, we wouldn't have reached the finals for the "Team of the Year 2025" awards.

In the UK, I knew for our budget we would get stick men animation with very little detail. I booked Ina online to make us a 1 min 20 second explainer video, for which I provided the script. Our project is a complex heat network, powered by the waste heat of a data centre.

My team are very happy with the animation and feedback has been great. I'm really grateful I found Ina, she went above and beyond to ensure the 2D animation film was a success.

Kashu.co were amazing. As ever in the corporate world, there are a lot of bosses and a lot of sign off, and this caused delays, but Ina took them in her stride. She took the time to understand the technical details of our project so they could be explained clearly. She provided good ideas, clear storyboards, script tweaks and throughout seemed genuinely interested in doing the best job possible. 
The final animation has a lot more detail than I was expecting, a lot more movement, and it is far, far beyond what I would have got in the UK (we're based UK) for the budget. Ina managed voice over artists, all feedback, provided gannt charts to track progress, and was very professional. I never once waited on a reply to an email, and she made the project fun. I cannot recomend her services enough.

Patience is key when you have a lot of people wanting their say and sign off not being a quick process. Ina was extremely patient, and that was a big help.

I'm the Senior Marketing Manager that oversaw the planning, development, design, and execution of our 3 new product marketing videos with Kashu.

For what projects/services did your company hire Kashu, and what were your goals?

We needed high-quality marketing videos created to explain our core products, their functionality, and how they fit into the company's ecosystem. This required writing scripts, storyboarding, designing the graphics, and then building out the animations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We came across Kashu on Fiver. After reviewing many portfolios of work, we liked the style and appearance of Kashu's work the most. They had excellent reviews, a great price point, and a high quality finished product.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We started with a round of discovery calls. We provided our outdated marketing videos as examples to Kashu and her team. Then I updated the scripts and shared them with Kashu. From there, Kashu created the storyboards, which went through several rounds of review and revision. We provided stock images we wanted to use, were given options of background music to choose from, and selected a voiceover actor.

Once we finalized the storyboard sketches, they build out the storyboard designs. More revisions, and then once finalized and agreed upon, the storyboard went into animation production. We then received the subtitle files for the animations, provided any additional videos required, and moved on to the next video.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

My primary point of contact was Ina. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. Very quick to respond, always up for a call if we needed further clarification on anything. She consistently went above and beyond to find solutions or information to questions, even if they were out of the scoop of the project. She was very easy to get along with, approachable, and charismatic.

It was a pleasure to work with her. She would have feedback turned around in a matter of hours, and was always open and receptive.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

These 3 new product marketing videos have been using in targeted ABM outreach and prospecting that we are doing. They are used on each of our key product pages, and have been leveraged on social media. Ina provided mini cuts of the video (smaller snippets) that we will be using in google ads later this quarter. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Communication was very clear, timelines were flexible, but pushing ahead, and it's obvious that the entire Kashu team were industry experts at what they did.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Once delivery of the 3 core videos was completed, Ina informed me that Kashu offers its clients monthly reporting on the performance of videos materials. This is a free service they offer to ensure not only that we're happy with the outcome of the project, but that we can measure performance moving forward and see how the videos do.

Nothing comes to mind! Couldn't be happier.

We needed a brief animated explainer video for a restaurant-focused SaaS product. We wanted to quickly and concisely communicate what the product does and what the value prop is.

We hired Kashu based on their prior work, which looked high quality, and was aligned with that we were looking for. We had an intro call and were happy with the way their founder conducted herself and their pricing. She understood what we were looking for and was efficient with our time.

Storyboarding, scriptwriting, sketching, animation, and final production. We were able to efficiently give comments and suggestions every step of the way.

The video is still our landing page explainer. It is good enough that we will get many months of use out of it. The final product is very high quality.

I'm the marketing director of an e-commerce agency that has approximately 60 employees.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kashu?

We built a post-purchase experience product for our customers, and we were looking for creative ways to present it to prospective clients. We wanted to release the video in a specific timeframe, so we were also time-bound. 

Given that, we searched for an agency that could deliver a fast, high-quality solution. We had a marketing campaign planned out, and we needed a graphic studio that could bring our idea into reality.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kashu produced the actual video for our product. They came up with the concept and built everything from the frames to the video itself. 

What is the team composition?

Ina (Founder & CEO) was our main point of contact, and she also served as our project manager. She was our go-to person for everything from understanding how things were going to work to the project’s phases and timeline. 

How did you come to work with Kashu?

When we decided to create a video, we reached out to a couple of agencies and videographers in our area. Unfortunately, the agency that agreed to create the video didn’t have the resources or the time necessary for the project. They also didn’t understand how we wanted to present the product. As a result, we looked for agencies outside our area and found Kashu. 

We chose them over others because of the way they functioned from the very beginning. They were transparent about how things would unfold in order for us to have the video we wanted. Overall, we hired them because of their communication skills and style, as well as our budget. 

How much have you invested with them?

In total, we invested around $1,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from December 2020–February 2021. The project would have been finished sooner if not for the holidays. This was a one-time project since we were focused on rolling out our product, but we might book them again in the future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The turnaround was very quick. We’ve also had very nice comments about the video itself; it received emotional responses from people who already saw it. 

Moreover, we were very satisfied with Kashu’s timeline, communication style, and actual video output. We were also able to use all of what they created. 

We’ll have more tangible metrics later this year after we roll out the product. Those metrics will include how long a person is viewing the video, how many clicks it receives, and other similar things. 

How did Kashu perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via email, and everything was managed through Google Documents, Slides, and Sheets. Everything was transparent, and we could access their folders at any given moment. 

One of the reasons everything went smoothly was that we always went through Ina. She ensured that feedback was collected on time and that we were fully satisfied with everything before moving on to the next phase of the project. She was the puppet master, and she did the job perfectly. There were some other people working in the background, but she made the communication process smooth.

In projects with many different points of contact, things normally get lost. With Kashu, we had Ina as our point of contact. As a result, when we had questions, doubts, or insecurities about how things would unfold, Ina was always there to bring us and her team back on track. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive things for us were their communication style and speed. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’s worth looking into expanding the number of styles they have for their videos. In our engagement, Kashu’s output aligned very well with our brand. However, having additional video style options in the future can better help their customers.

Sometimes people don’t know what they’re looking for, so having a bit more of those style options will be a nice touch. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know what you want — this is the most important thing. Kashu is well-equipped to deliver a lot of things. They also have capable people on the team who are well-versed in different styles and outputs. Knowing what you want and communicating it clearly and precisely, as in any other project, is how you’ll ensure great results.

I have done 2 projects with Kashu. Each requiring different specs and different goals. I hired Kashu because of their video skills, prompt and professional guidance, and their ability to step outside of their comfort zone to make truly creative videos.

What were your goals for this project?

My goal is more digital branding, putting out creative content relative to my field, and drive more traffic to my company. At the same time, deliver content that is useful for those directly interested in my service as well as those who are not.

Kashu has very straightforward and informative process. From scipt and copy editing to design to delivery, they were on top of it every step of the way. Due to the specialty content of my videos, it would have been difficult for anyone to pick up the original script and execute the vision.

Kashu made sure they took the time to meet, discuss, and really get the creative process moving with insight and were able to help me through the process by providing sketches of my ideas and helping them come to life.

Very positive feedback from idea development to execution of the video production. Their animation styles are top notch and their production team was prompt in providing stroyboards, sketches, and changes that were needed along the way.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While I am still working on my campaign and have not released the videos the way I intend to yet. I can say the feedback has been awesome.

I am using the videos to recruit professors, influencers, and legendary thinkers to make their own. Their corporate explainer has shown to increase traffic to my site and has provided me with supplemental marketing value when pitching potential clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was good. It was fantastic to be able to work with a company halfway around the globe and basically not suffer any productivity decline. They were responsive, open to meet virtually whenever I needed to, and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the process.

The creativity and communication. I wanted someone who was able to provide a unique product and work some ideas they weren't used - and they showed they can knock it out of the park.
