The new app launched on iOS and Android with a fully redesigned interface, improved user flows, and new digital features like Apple Pay, Google Pay, instant transfers, spending limits, and digital card management — boosting engagement and creating a scalable base for growth.

The Kapowai team demonstrated excellent project management throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly, kept us informed during each phase, and delivered all key milestones on time. Their approach was flexible and responsive — they quickly addressed our feedback and adjusted priorities when needed. Regular progress updates, sprint-based planning, and proactive collaboration made the entire experience smooth and transparent.

Overall, the collaboration went very smoothly, and we’re satisfied with the results. If anything, we would have appreciated even more regular progress demos early in the project — but the team adjusted their approach quickly after our feedback. Continuous improvement was clearly a priority for them.

Honestly, looking back at the successful outcome of the project and how well they met all our needs, it's difficult to pinpoint any significant areas for improvement. Kapowai consistently delivered on time and exceeded our expectations.

The team integrated KYC SDK, card processing, and payment systems using an agile process with fast delivery and scalable architecture.

The app was launched in 8 months and reached over 50,000 installs. Features like instant payments, spending limits, P2P transfers, Apple & Google Pay, and a digital credit card significantly increased user engagement and retention.
