• Modernize BANK ¾’s mobile banking app with a completely new UX/UI, updated user flows, and enhanced digital experience — while keeping the existing backend infrastructure untouched. The goal was to upgrade usability and visual design without disrupting services or requiring a full rebuild.

Integration with the bank’s in-house processing center was completed seamlessly. Digital onboarding via Diia.Signature is scheduled for the next release.

Honestly, looking back at the successful outcome of the project and how well they met all our needs, it's difficult to pinpoint any significant areas for improvement. Kapowai consistently delivered on time and exceeded our expectations.

Kapowai delivered full-cycle development, including backend, native mobile apps, UX/UI, 3DS, push notifications,biometric payment authentication using fingerprint or facial recognition and security modules. The team integrated KYC SDK, card processing, and payment systems using an agile process with fast delivery and scalable architecture.

The app was launched in 8 months and reached over 50,000 installs. Features like instant payments, spending limits, P2P transfers, Apple & Google Pay, and a digital credit card significantly increased user engagement and retention.

Good project management team, builds are mostly delivered on time, arrengements for any additional needs were possible to achieve with the contractor on a case-by-case basis.
