Kabina was responsible for a wide range of backend and infrastructure tasks focused on system performance, scalability, and reliability. Their scope included deep profiling and optimization of our Golang-based services, implementing load balancing strategies, refactoring critical parts of the data pipeline, and fine-tuning integrations.

Kabina also helped re-architect several services to be more resilient under peak trading conditions, introduced observability improvements using Prometheus and Grafana, and handled CI/CD pipeline upgrades to streamline our deployment processes.

One of the key deliverables was a significantly more stable and scalable backend capable of handling 10x the traffic we had at the start — all while reducing system latency and improving error recovery.
