We launched a site on Opencart from scratch and needed it fully ad-ready, with e-commerce setup, conversion cost, ROAS tracking, and more. During our cooperation, K2 built a clear structure of an advertising account and advertising campaigns for us, which include: trade campaigns, search campaigns, Performance Max and media ads. Thus, our presence on the Google network is optimal for today. During cooperation, the average return on investment in advertising is 1700%. Our business is also affected by seasonality and we adjust the budget if necessary.

• Average cost of conversion = UAH 179 (USD 5.2). During this time, 1673 orders were received through the shopping cart and at least 766 calls. The average return on investment in advertising is 1715%.

There were no fakes and I like it. I have nothing bad to say about our cooperation and consider it a success. I got answers to all the questions. I am not a specialist in advertising. I was looking for specialists for effective and high-quality settings of advertising campaigns. The task was to set up analytics, e-commerce, and advertising campaigns for the Bitrix CMS site, which is not very spread in Ukraine.

There were several tasks. First, to set up e-commerce in Google Analytics, data feed generation for the Merchant Center. K2 helped me to choose a developer to generate the feed and checked how the data was transmitted. At the same time, we changed the names of the goods according to the recommendations of K2, so that they correspond more to the product that is sold for B2B, and not the mass market. Trade campaigns were launched.

First - for all goods that we were interested in selling. Later, we took the accessories with a smaller average check into a separate shopping campaign. Also added a retargeting campaign. The average ROAS on the account for this period is 4100%. Also, we encountered blocking of the advertising account, after our cooperation period, but K2 company helped us to unblock the advertising Google Ads account.

About 2- 4% of my sales revenue goes into advertising, and average ROAS (return of ads spend) is around 4200%. It’s about 40 orders per monts, average check more than USD 200, it’s not FMCG group. I’m satisfied with the results.

Firstly I filled in the detailed brief where I wrote about ad profitable parameters for my business and sales goals for the upcoming months. K2 experts set up Performance Max on Google. They also connected the Google client’s reviews program thanks to which the product rating is shown in my product ads.

They set up enhanced eCommerce reports on Google Analytics. It is a great solution. Because now I can see the real campaign revenue excluding the canceled and returned orders. When we started to sell autumn products, we received fake orders. It was a difficult task to get rid of them. But K2 experts have done it.

In the second month of cooperation, the product seasonality was changed and the ad expert changed the campaign structure on the account. Campaigns are working excellently now and generate constant profit for the business.

When we worked with K2 from September to November of 2022 we raised the budget by 177% and received an amount/number of conversion gain by 911%, revenue by 1280%, ROAS was raised by 400%, and the conversion cost decreased by 39%. The data were compared with the same period of 2021.

We appreciated the possibility to work directly with the ad expert which was setting up the campaigns. The consultant contacted us about payment and feedback. The marketing automatizer connected the enhanced ecommerce reports on Google Analytics. All communication was via Telegram-chat. Every Thursday we received reports about the efficiency of ad campaigns. All tasks were done in time.
