I was looking for specialists for effective and high-quality settings of advertising campaigns. My goal was to increase the number of sales from google advertising campaigns, as well as run Facebook ads.

Firstly I saw the video from the Ukrainian marketplace - Prom.ua, that K2 is familiar with local business ecosystems. As well as a recommendation from Prom.ua was an important factor for me to choose that company.

There were several tasks. First, to increase the average check. Also, we needed to run Facebook ads - we didn’t have Facebook Ads before. For that purpose launched 2 companies, divided by price. For that purpose launched 2 companies, divided by price. First with products that are lower than our average check, and second - with products that are higher than our average check.

And that idea worked well - sales were increased, and the average check increased by 150% - from USD 10 to USD 15. Second - to start from scratch with Facebook ads. So, Facebook Pixel was installed on our website, and created a Commerce manager and Advertising account. And we received first good results from the new channel.

The average ROAS was about 450%. It was less than from Google, but that was good for a media channel, not from search traffic. Also, we encountered blocking of the Facebook advertising account, but K2 company helped us to run advertising on Facebook again.

Besides Facebook blocking, we received an announcement from Google Merchant Center about the possibility of our goods blocking. And the company helped us to solve that problem and avoid blocking and reducing our sales.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Monthly we receive about 300 orders from Google Ads, and average ROAS (return of ads spend) is around 600%. Quantity of orders is increasing every month and we are planning for smooth growth in the current year, in spite of the unstable situation and war in our country. I’m satisfied with the results and our cooperation with K2 is ongoing.

Price segmentation was the best in our case. During cooperation, the average return on investment in advertising is 620%. Our business is also affected by seasonality and we adjust the budget if necessary.

Average cost of conversion = UAH 84 (USD 2.27). During this time, 1320 orders were received through the shopping cart and at least 112 calls. The average return on investment in advertising is 621%.

I'm the owner of GalEcoTrade company. Our company is engaged in service and sales of goods for customers in the restaurant and hotel business field. The company was established in 2010.

4. Many advertising hypotheses were tested in Google Ads. Analysis and optimization of the advertising campaign to improve results. This process continues to this day.
5. Convenient reports on the most important metrics (Sales, phone calls) were created in Data Studio (Now Looker studio) for comfortable weekly analysis of results.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have been working with K2 for more than 3 years now, for an example of effectiveness, we can take the last 2 years, as they are indicative. In addition, I must say that a lot of purchases in our field take place over the phone, and this should be taken into account when analyzing performance.

In 2022, despite the war in Ukraine, which is our main market, we managed to grow more than twice towards 2021. The number of loyal customers has also increased. I think this results in the best indicator of a great work.

Communication with the K2 team was conducted through the Viber messenger. They responded to all my questions really fast, and if there were any problems with ads, budgets, merchant center, I was immediately notified. Excellent communication from the contractor at all stages of the work.

• Focus on the performance and income of the client's company.
• Analysis of Google Ads campaigns revenue every month and optimizations as needed.
• Setting annual and monthly goals. Great communication with the client.

As a client, I always want better results, but it's also important to pay attention to real market trends, K2 is doing everything in their power to improve the results. At the moment, everything suits me and we continue to work.

The results from our partnership with K2 have been very good — our sales have increased, and our ad spending has decreased over time. Whenever we release new products, they sell quickly because of K2’s quick ad turnaround. K2 has helped my business a lot. I’ve been so impressed with the results that I’ve recommended K2 to my external partners.

I’m not sure if K2 uses any project management tools. Typically, we communicate through Viber, text messages, or phone calls.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After setting up connection between Google Tag manager and other platforms - our tracking numbers increased from 0 to 100% coverage. It helped us to set up new marketing channels and start earning up to 100 000 - 300 000 SEK per month.
