We needed to get a good website for our Salon to generate more customers online. So I decided to reach out to a friend who introduced me to Jordan Digitals

Well. I was given a demo for what could be done and it was interesting enough for me to hire them

The Website design project was completed within 6 weeks. I however continued to supply more contents as the months went by to keep the website updated. Also, an SEO optimisation package was added to the website project

I was issued a dedicated project manager who kept coordinating with us weekly

Before now, I didn't realize and believe as much in the need for a digital marketing agency to assist and broaden the services @ my newly established Salon business. However, that mindset changed when I was referred and hired Josh and his company Jordan Digitals for the online presence and management of my business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

With our bookings and sales constantly on the rise, It's been a very great experience all along. I was able to get a timely update to our weekly requests.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The consultancy, pricing, professionalism, dependability and the effectiveness of their services were just too irresistible and enticing for me to disregard.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Well. I think they shouldn't reject the people I recommend to them because they are not paying as much as they wanted. Josh should try and get as much customers as possible for now
