We were looking for a team that could not only redesign BeltMaster’s online presence, but also provide a custom solution that would bring more possibilities to our customers. That’s how we came across Jolly Web. The belt builder they created for us is very intuitive and has made the customization experience much easier for customers. Their ongoing service, including SEO work, has also helped improve our ranking and bring in real conversions. What I appreciate the most is their communication. Whenever I notice an issue or have a question, their team responds quickly and helps us move things forward. Overall, working with Jolly Web has been a very positive experience. They’ve helped us build something that feels more aligned with our brand and more useful for our customers, and we’re excited to keep improving it with them.

We have been in business going on 10 years and until recently we had a retail store. Over the years, we've got to know all of our customers by name. Based on that alone, we have been gaining lots of new customers outside of our geographic location that have found us due to the work provided by Jolly Web.

In addition, we have some older clients that are able to navigate our site easily now compared to a previous site.

a few situations came up that were unrelated to their work, but were outside of my skills and the professionalism and speed were amazing.
