Project Description The project is to build a web application that helps users to win more deals by automating the analysis of why deals are won or lost. The analysis is done with the help of integrated AI that will interview customers for a good understanding of why deals are won or lost. Users of the application will receive a report after every analysis and have a dashboard that gives them strategic insights on how to win more deals. 2. Scope of Work The project will incorporate several web application development services.

Their involvement was great, but what was impressive was that their business analyst was so intelligent and involved, that she was able to add a lot of insights and suggestions that helped the product be so much better.

Tracking the handeling progress of detailes that needed to be changed after each sprint (my feedback on the delivered work) could be better. Sometimes I lost track of what we already did and what still needed to be done. But when I asked for a way to track this better, they immediately came up with a solution. Their sales department also planned regularly call to evaluate the things thatgo well and the things they could do better.
