I used Joam to design a comphrehensive homepage and PDP for DayShift, as well as implement my product into a subscription software that can be used and managed directly within my website. Not only need they design the visual look of the site, but they made it fully functional on the backend.

They were very passionate with DayShift and it felt great and refreshing to work with people who were less money motivated and more so felt like they just wanted to create an awesome product, which is what they did.

When it comes to web design and putting everything together, they were fantastic. I guess my only very small critique was that there were some grammar errors and misspelling, which is completely understandable because they are Spanish, and English is not their primary language. Regardless, these were super quick fixes and made virtually zero impact on the output that they delivered.

The project was just delivered, so we are still keeping an eye on SEO metrics, but at first, there is a huge difference in terms of web performance. The old website’s speed performance and optimization was around 35% while the new one is over 90%.

Communication was excellent, and we always had someone available whenever we needed to meet or check in.

Overall, the experience was excellent, but if I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be clearer expectation-setting around timelines when dependencies were on our side.
