The project was just delivered, so we are still keeping an eye on SEO metrics, but at first, there is a huge difference in terms of web performance. The old website’s speed performance and optimization was around 35% while the new one is over 90%.

The team was highly responsive and consistently delivered on time. If there were any delays, they were likely on our side, yet even then, they still managed to meet deadlines. They were proactive, solution-oriented, and quick to resolve any issues that came up. They also flagged potential problems early on, helping us avoid risks by offering clear alternatives. Communication was excellent, and we always had someone available whenever we needed to meet or check in.

What impressed me most was their combination of technical expertise and problem-solving mindset. “No” was never the final answer, they always offered thoughtful alternatives. Beyond making the site work beautifully, they were also great at simplifying complex messages so they could be easily understood. They were fully present throughout the entire process, even stepping in to support tasks beyond their original scope. They also guided us in selecting the right tools. For the level of quality, collaboration, and value they delivered, their pricing was incredibly fair.

Overall, the experience was excellent, but if I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be clearer expectation-setting around timelines when dependencies were on our side. While they were always flexible and accommodating, a bit more reminders could have helped us stay more aligned and avoid delays. That said, they still managed to keep things on track and deliver everything on time.

They have the backbone and competence to guide clients wisely. The relationship is as good as ever and we are finding more and more ways to establish a mutually fulfilling partnership.
