Jive PR + Digital was engaged for a 6-month retainer, from January to July, to support Influencer Marketing and Social Media services on behalf of our clients. Their scope included media outreach and press relations to secure coverage, PR strategy and execution, and influencer outreach and management to connect our clients' brands with relevant creators. They handled outreach, relationship management, and coordination of campaigns to help promote our clients' businesses across earned and social channels.

Over the course of the engagement, we saw a noticeable increase in media placements and press mentions for our clients, along with stronger visibility through new influencer partnerships. Social media engagement and follower growth improved across client accounts, and the team consistently delivered outreach results on schedule throughout the 6-month period.

Honestly, it's hard to pinpoint a real area for improvement. If anything, they were so thorough with their reporting that at times we had a hard time keeping up with the volume of updates and detail they provided.
