I’m the head of operations at Rho Labs, an IT services company. We develop a crypto-native rates market, enabling the trading of derivatives based on perpetual funding, staking, and crypto lending rates.

What challenge were you trying to address with JITO?

We needed help hiring a developer who is familiar with trading systems and Defi

What was the scope of their involvement?

JITO helped us hire a developer and completely reduced the interview process on our side. Initially, they conducted a long interview with our team to create a deep profile of the candidate we were looking for and understand our needs. Then, instead of bombarding us with many CVs, they carefully selected some candidates and conducted professional interviews themselves. JITO provided us with recordings of those interviews and detailed feedback. Our team only had to have one interview with the candidate to understand he was a perfect fit.Overall, JITO handled the profile creation, sourcing, and technical interviewing.

JITO was referred to me. I chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, and their company values aligned with ours. Additionally, they had a unique offer of engineers hiring engineers.

We worked together from November–December 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

JITO helped us make a fast hire. We saved two weeks and the time of our developers.

How did JITO perform from a project management standpoint?

JITO was super organized and structured. They delivered on time and communicated all the steps and progress. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

I work for an e-commerce store with an outdated website. We needed a UX/UI designer to help improve our user experience, leading to a faster user journey and more conversions. We offer a custom product that requires users to create the item they want to buy. Some challenges we faced included teaching users how to use the product and accommodating older, less tech-savvy customers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Due to new product development and lack of developer time, we haven’t fully incorporated all the finished designs. However, the designs that are live are being used for landing page ads and converting customers daily.

Jito did a great job managing the project with Slack updates and feedback and scheduling meetings to discuss designs and concerns.

What I loved about JITO was that we weren't stuck with one designer. They had a team of designers ready to develop the right solutions.

Initially, I wasn't getting billed with a breakdown of hours. After requesting this, they started emailing me weekly with billed hours.

I knew I wanted to build a site for pet shelters. I had a decent vision of the features I wanted on my site, but I was completely lost when it came to implementing the flows and the UI. I needed a designer who could not just translate wireframes into visually appealing designs but also help develop intuitive visual flows based on the desired features.

The project was particularly challenging because my personal style preferences didn’t align with the typical theme of pet adoption. I prefer sleek, flat, and polished designs, whereas pet adoption is often associated with more playful, whimsical designs. I needed a project that could seamlessly blend my style with the theme, and you delivered beyond my expectations. 

I also really appreciated how you often presented multiple variants of each request. This approach allowed me to mix and match elements I liked from each variant, resulting in some truly beautiful layouts.

The design team did an incredible job transforming a list of features into a beautiful and cohesive flow and design. Their ability to take my bullet points and turn them into a stunning and functional design was invaluable. I couldn’t have achieved this without the expertise of the entire team, from the PM who kept track of things, to the designers and lead designer, who ensured everything looked great.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I’m currently in the process of launching, so I don’t have user data or results just yet. I also anticipate a slow rollout as it’s challenging to convince people to switch platforms. Nevertheless, I’m confident in the success of the project thanks to the incredible design work Jito provided.

Their project management was fantastic. I was assigned a project manager, but the whole team is great at asking the right questions, answering my questions, and delivering beyond expectations. They always delivered work quickly and professionally, and would make any adjustments I wanted immediately after I requested them. There was never any friction.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It's clear that they are passionate about design and providing a great, professional service. They dedicated multiple members' time, effort, and resources to my requests, and never caused any friction. The whole team is extremely friendly and welcoming.

Are there any areas for improvement or something JITO could have done differently?

Honestly, no. I couldn't be happier with the work they provided. They delivered quickly, followed the budget, responded to any requests, and just all around did an awesome job. No complaints, and nothing I wish was different.
