I'm the CEO of Fire Shield Services, a fire safety company that installs and maintains fire hydrant, sprinkler, suppression, and detection systems for industrial and commercial facilities. We also provide fire NOC approval support and annual maintenance contracts.

What challenge were you trying to address with Jigomit LLP?

We hired Jigomit LLP to give our company a credible online presence for the first time. Our goals were to build a professional website, generate inquiries from industrial and commercial clients, rank on Google for fire safety searches across Ahmedabad and Gujarat, and clearly present our complete service range — from hydrant and sprinkler installation to AMC, Fire NOC approval support, and safety training.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Jigomit LLP handled the complete website project from start to finish. They began with a discovery phase to understand our services, target industries, and the kind of inquiries we wanted. From there, they planned the site structure, wrote and refined the content, designed the pages, and built the site as a custom application rather than a template. They also set up on-page SEO, lead capture, and deployment, and handed over a site we could keep adding to.

Every service we offer has its own dedicated section, and there are separate sections for Approvals, Training & AMC, Clients, and Partnerships. For inquiries, they added a quote request form plus click-to-call and WhatsApp buttons that stay visible on every page. They also built a 'How We Work' section that walks a visitor through our process from site assessment to installation and ongoing maintenance, and an Industries section covering factories, warehouses, hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings.

Additionally, they created a downloadable company profile page and a blog section so we can keep adding content ourselves.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The clearest outcome was credibility. Before the website, we relied entirely on references and phone calls, and larger industrial clients often asked for a company profile we couldn't send. Now we share one link that shows our full service range, approvals capability, and past clients. We've started receiving inquiries directly through WhatsApp, and the quote form, and the sales conversation moves faster because prospects already understand what we do before we speak.

Since the website's launch, we've seen a 10x increase in inquiries. When we bid for industrial and commercial work, having a proper website with our approvals capability, client list, and AMC offering laid out has made us look like a more established option next to competitors who still have no web presence.

Project management was straightforward and easy for a non-technical team like ours to follow. We were given a clear plan at the start — what would be built, in what order, and what was needed from us. Most of the day-to-day communication happened over WhatsApp and calls, which suited us because our team is usually on-site rather than at a desk, and they were quick to respond.

They shared progress as it happened rather than disappearing for weeks, so we could review pages and give feedback while the work was still in progress. When we asked for changes to content or the way our services were presented, they handled those without fuss. Delivery was on time, and there were no surprises in cost.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

What was different was that they didn't treat it as a one-time job. The site was built so we can keep adding services, blog posts, and client work ourselves as the business grows, instead of going back to a developer for every small change. That long-term thinking wasn't something the other options offered.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing major. If anything, we'd have liked tracking and analytics set up from day one so we could measure inquiries and search visibility properly. It wasn't part of what we asked for, but in hindsight, we should have discussed it upfront — it would have helped us see the results more clearly.
