Scope of Work

Design and implement a Shopify-based corporate ordering program that allows authorized store managers to order approved apparel for their teams through a controlled, branded portal.

The initial phase used a manager-based ordering model to reduce technical complexity and training requirements. Managers will place consolidated orders for their stores using a 100% discount code, with controls and reporting to help prevent over-ordering.

Key Deliverables

1. Corporate Ordering Portal Private, branded Shopify B2B storefront.
2. Store-level accounts and manager access.
3. Approved product catalogs by program or user group. Prepopulated store shipping information.
4. Streamlined checkout with no employee payment required.

Ordering and Discount Configuration

1. 100% discount codes for approved corporate orders.
2. Restrictions based on user, store, order quantity, or launch period.
3. Ability to issue new codes for seasonal programs or newly eligible users.
4. Optional order thresholds based on store size.

Quantity Controls and Oversight

1. Guidelines based on approved quantities per employee.
2. Maximum order thresholds and error messaging.
3. Reporting to identify unusually large or noncompliant orders.

Store and Shipping Setup

We were able to hit the deadlines and the project completed on time and on budget with minimal issues

Project management was excellent. We had a series of virtual calls and clear views of action plans. 

Training and videos were provided throughout and the team was very responsive via slack and email throughout the project and after go-live

The Jibe built the v1 of our platform during our start-up phase.  It powered our business through rapid early growth from 0 to $4M in annual revenue.  We were then able to build onto and adapt the platform to continue scaling in the years since.

We had the migration ready in under 3 months, start to finish April to July. They helped us work through all the hard questions along the way, which is what got us there that fast. Delivered inside the original budget too.

Yes, delivered on time and inside scope. Light process which suited a project this size, virtual meetings when we needed them and Slack and email in between. Questions came back quickly, usually same day.
