ZMC Express a large international freight company. Headquartered in IRAQ – Erbil. Our trusted team available in Iraq, China, UAE, Turkey and Germany provide turnkey import and export services by land, sea and air. A totalled our team members have great experience working in logistics. Services include customs brokerage and warehousing distribution. The team uses its talents, knowledge and expertise to provide all facilities to our customers.

We have the resources you need for shipping freight anywhere in the world. Our import-export freight forwarding team with hundreds of professionals in all countries. All totalled our professionals have significant skills in air, sea and land import and export shipping, customs brokerage and warehouse facility services.

What were your goals for this project?

My goal was to develop a mobile app with jiasaz company to make my customers happy. Prepare an environment for my customers to access their shipments in the easiest way.

Describe the project in detail.

Before I kick off the project I prepared a plan for them but after three meetings my mind was changed because they had a lot of information on my working area after the fourth meeting we agreed on a new workflow of my business, then starting my project in 1-mar-2015 until 1-sept-2015.

they scheduled a good plan for my project everything was on time the first week for information gathering and then the second week they visit our office to see my business in close then in the third week they start development until 1-Jul-2015 and free two months supporting really this tow month very helped me.

What was the team composition?

we assigned an IT expert for this project he tracked the timeline and requirement matching, the project was mobile add for IOS and Android smartphones with a back-end to control the mobile.

The Application after two months launched in supporting month the app was in the beta version we gathered feedback from our customers.

We wanted to enable all our departments to work systematically and control patient data.

They handled network installation and ERP system development. They also trained staff individually and supported the system for more than a year at no additional cost. They continued to update the system regularly and on-demand.

We worked with nine technical experts and one director, who served as our main contact.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project made our work so easy and fast. The system's features made our routine tasks go faster and helped us locate loose money as quickly as possible. It also brought the entire hospital together to generate reports and make decisions.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They missed the deadline, but that wasn't a big issue because the main elements of the system worked fine. Our extra requirements, which they developed for free, caused the delay. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team was friendly, helpful, and highly professional. Their technical and problem-solving skills were great. It's not easy to find a company that is trustworthy enough to control all your data.

Work during night shifts to maximize efficiency.
