Jelvix has been working on making the dental SaaS platform smarter, faster, and easier for clinics to use. The team has integrated FDA-cleared dental imaging AI directly into our charting system, ensuring we stay compliant with healthcare regulations. Additionally, Jelvix has completely redesigned the user interface to improve day-to-day workflows. The team has also built an API bridge between our SaaS system and clinics so that data can flow securely and instantly in both directions.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen great results. One of the results is that dentists can now receive AI-supported insights directly within the platform, helping them make faster and more accurate clinical decisions. The new interface has also reduced clicks and made scheduling and charting easier. Since dentists began to use the upgraded version, we’ve seen a 70% increase in ratings because the platform is highly responsive and more user-friendly.

How did Jelvix perform from a project management standpoint?

Jelvix’s communication skills are excellent. The team is easy to reach and provides us with regular updates. In fact, it feels like they’re part of our in-house team. We’re aware of the project’s progress, and they still provide ongoing support. Jelvix listens to our feedback and adjusts quickly when needed. The team meets deadlines and responds swiftly to our needs, ensuring we’re informed about all the latest developments concerning the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with how Jelvix connected our SaaS platform to clinics through the API. This connection has made everything smoother. Clinics benefit from faster access to tools and information, and we now have a more flexible system that can scale easily. The audit log engine they’ve built also adds trust to AI-assisted decisions, which is a big win in clinical environments.

No, there aren’t any. Jelvix has done excellently well, and we’ll be glad to recommend them to other companies.

Jelvix told me this was a very simple idea and that it could be accomplished very quickly because they've done jobs like this before They make little to know progress taking them too much time being told many times the project is almost ready to launch and then it's not even close. In fact, the project is still not done after years of waiting also told me a rice range of 30-40k I'm 60k if I wanted to have an app. I've paid 60k and I literally have nothing

The project manager was responsive when I would talk to him back-and-forth always getting in contact with me is no problem, but they literally did not deliver what I was asking for and it's still not finished. Not sure if it was a problem with language and understanding each other but for $60,000 I expect much more devastating for my family

Additionally, they’ve delivered custom API integrations and FHIR-based solutions to sync remote patient monitoring data with our EHR platforms like Epic and Cerner.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen measurable results so far, including major improvements in operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, billing processes, and patient engagement. Integration with Epic and Cerner is now easy, and our expanded telehealth and tele-rehab capabilities have enhanced our ability to deliver care remotely and effectively.

We’ve also seen a 70% increase in our operational efficiency and 5-star ratings from our clients. These improvements have had a great impact on our business as our customers are more satisfied, and we’re even getting referrals, expanding our service to other parts of the US and not only Houston, Texas.

Jelvix implemented a scalable, performance-driven architecture using industry best practices and enabling seamless updates, fast load times, and an improved digital experience across desktop and mobile platforms. 
On the back end, secure modules were developed to ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive patient data, including real-time form submissions, service requests, and data processing workflows. Most importantly, the platform has enabled us to securely collect and manage patient data, easing our internal processes and enhancing communication between our teams and the clients we serve.
