What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Jelvix told me this was a very simple idea and that it could be accomplished very quickly because they've done jobs like this before They make little to know progress taking them too much time being told many times the project is almost ready to launch and then it's not even close. In fact, the project is still not done after years of waiting also told me a rice range of 30-40k I'm 60k if I wanted to have an app. I've paid 60k and I literally have nothing

The project manager was responsive when I would talk to him back-and-forth always getting in contact with me is no problem, but they literally did not deliver what I was asking for and it's still not finished. Not sure if it was a problem with language and understanding each other but for $60,000 I expect much more devastating for my family

Yes understand what the clients are asking for and be honest about pricing and be honest if they can't accomplish what you're looking for and do not ask their clients to make a review on clutch for a discount, which is what they to me when they went over my budget way over

Additionally, they’ve delivered custom API integrations and FHIR-based solutions to sync remote patient monitoring data with our EHR platforms like Epic and Cerner.

Their work includes billing automation, digital check-in systems, and engagement tools to boost patient throughput and reimbursement. They further support us with zero-trust security architecture, vendor risk assessments, tele-rehab platforms, AI-powered scheduling, mobile onboarding, and robust telehealth systems with compliance alerts and geo-specific logic.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen measurable results so far, including major improvements in operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, billing processes, and patient engagement. Integration with Epic and Cerner is now easy, and our expanded telehealth and tele-rehab capabilities have enhanced our ability to deliver care remotely and effectively.

We’ve also seen a 70% increase in our operational efficiency and 5-star ratings from our clients. These improvements have had a great impact on our business as our customers are more satisfied, and we’re even getting referrals, expanding our service to other parts of the US and not only Houston, Texas.

Went through the first phase of planning and getting a roadmap together with the vision of this app, taking my lead an input as well as advising me along the way we established an SRS that detailed the vision of the app. Followed by Wireframes of the entire app that were given to much for my input, to work with great developers that made it possible to get up to the development phase.
